Ever since they changed being able to schedule directly with the technician, it has become a mess trying to get consistent information. When I call the 877 number it says "welcome to Bug-Out". What is that??? (They don't seem to know either.) When they call me, the ID is from Terminix. Are you Ehrlich, Bug-Out, Terminix, or Rentinol??? We are scheduled quarterly for service, but receive NO NOTICE when they are coming. Have asked repeatedly for at least a weeks notice, but NOTHING. When I called last week, they said the tech was coming in the afternoon. When I called today to verify, they said he was coming in the morning. Thank goodness the tech gave us his number so we can verify times with him. Also just found out they are no longer scheduling our "regular tech" to come. WHY???? We have had the same tech for years. Apparently I have to call and ASK for the guy who has become very familiar with our home. There are so many numbers to call, yet no one seems to know what is going on. Had an issue with yellow jackets invading my basement - and mysteriously dying. Talking hundred…read morebodies each day for a week. I discovered gap from settling house and plugged that with steel wool (bees chewed through foam spray) and then sealed with caulking. But kept seeing new bee carcasses inside. Called Rowe and George came right out - called ahead of time and arrived as expected. George checked throughout and determined there was no nest inside. Then explained that bees die when they cannot go outside. Something made them move from original nest and they discovered my nice warm basement but they died when they could not get out. A perfect bee trap. He then walked me through how to locate yellow jackets nest next year (which made me realize I had plugged a yellow jackets nest in the ground near my house a week or so prior to noticing them in my basement).
