Andy came out and was very professional. He eradicated the problem and removed the nests. He cautioned me to stay away from the area for 24 hours. One day later, I checked and only a few lost wasps came and left once they realized they were homeless, just as he said would happen. Over this summer, a friend of mine and I were outside and he looked up and pointed out that I had quite the hornets nest brewing inside of about a 3" slit where the caulking is around the top of a large picture window is on my 3rd floor. Oh and it was very busy with them swarming it. So he came a couple of times when the sun was setting as it got cooler and crawled up and sprayed it. The second time it only made them mad enough to find a small opening on the inside of my finished third floor which has tongue & grooved knotty pine walls. The day after he did that there were at least 50 hornets on the glass window trying to escape! I just closed the door. That night when we finished a major project around 7:00, I called every major exterminator listed and got voicemail. Then I went back through and called the lessor known, starting with A#1, and after leaving 6-8 voicemails, was shocked to get a live voice. Now I had watched YouTube about how these guys remove walls & floors to remove the nests so I am thinking another huge repair expense. But after speaking with Devin, he assured me he would not be removing any walls or floors, I said ok please come. And he kind of made me laugh a little because he said something like well the sooner you let me off the phone the sooner I can get there. And so he was here precisely the time he said. It took about two hours to fully combat this nest because of the location but he got it in the first time. He assured me he did but also offered that he would come back at no charge if I had any further issues. I didn't . I'm glad it took 2 hours because we got to talk and share our lives a little bit and Devin is a really nice man I consider a new friend. I thank the Lord for sending him my way and was more than happy to pay his fair bill. I highly recommend this company!
