The first available time suggested didn't work with our schedule so I asked about a day two days after that and she said she couldn't look that far out so a supervisor would call me back that afternoon. But nobody did. I waited over 24 hours to call them back and there were no apologizes for not calling. I was given another day that was even earlier than the first date she suggested. We scheduled it but the morning of the appointment she called and said they had to reschedule because one of the techs had called off. That happens so we rescheduled it for a little over a week later. Nobody called the night before to confirm, which should have been my first clue, but nobody came during our two hour window. I called 45 minutes after the given window and nobody answered. I called about 5 separate times that day including leaving 1 voicemail to call me back. It's been over a week and I've called on two separate days and nobody has answer nor have they returned my call. I've even looked them up to make sure they're still in business. Will never go back again.

Overall, a great experience. The work was explained well, and executed professionally. I would definitely recommend and rehire. A groundhog dug a 12" hole on the side of my home and that is what led me to call Critter Control of Carlisle. During the initial visit it was explained to me that most likely the groundhog was using my bottom deck as a pass-through and then looking for a better hiding place... and he decided to dig a hole. The hole was not used by the groundhog! I asked about preventative measures to seal off the deck so that I would not have any more critters. It was explained to me that the best way to handle my situation was to have "no dig fencing" installed around the perimeter of the deck. I agreed to the price given and the scope of work. Today, August 22nd, there was a groundhog in the trap and Nate installed the "no dig fencing" leaving one trap attached to the deck to see if any other groundhogs are under the deck. Andy came out and was very professional. He eradicated the problem and removed the nests. He cautioned me to stay away from the area for 24 hours. One day later, I checked and only a few lost wasps came and left once they realized they were homeless, just as he said would happen.
