Also, there was only one employee available to talk to, I asked are you an employee she said yes I can help you - very inconvenient if someone needs to go urgently. Not to mention, it's embarrassing if they need to interrupt someone checking out, saying i need to go badly lol. Change your doors to NO code with receipt only and maybe more people will want to shop there, bc it's very uninviting and inconvenient for older people and people with health conditions/disabilities especially, pregnant women, or people whose first language isn't English and they need to use it urgently. I know about the upstairs restrooms - like i said, nobody could pinpoint where it was and it was hard to find. you had to walk to the back of one of the corners and inside another very dimly lit food hall to get in - very inconvenient, and it almost feels like you're trespassing bc ur not eating there. People with bad vision or again physical limitations likely would have issues finding it, or getting up those stairs. The elevator is far away too and god forbid it breaks down while they need to go to the restroom. It is just absolutely insane a food establishment and plaza would want to create barriers to people using the restroom. You'd think they'd want that to be as seamless and easy as possible, like every other grocery store chain in existence except in NYC. This isn't NYC or downtown LA lol.

Jimbo's - This is my leftovers from a huge veggie wrap, which in January 2025 only cost $5.99. What a great value!

If we want a change, we may go with the Mango Yuzu cake. We went specifically for the Strawberry shortcake on this visit, but they were already all out of the Strawberry shortcake and it was around noon. We ended up getting the Berry Chantilly Cake. So I'm used to running in her for a fast meal or a few unique grocery items. First off, the parking can be a challenge. We ran in there recently at 9:15 pm, so parking was easy. But at peak times you may be fighting for a space. There are a few spots out front, and then the parking garage built onto the back of the store's building. This at least gives extra spots in a tight space. I love the prepared foods and the bakery, they are my favorite part of the store. Pizza, sushi, a hot bar with tons of options, and the cold case with tons of salads, veggie mixes, pastas, etc. Plus Prepared meals to take home and heat up, packaged soups, sandwiches, and juices. And the bakery has a ton of great choices. Among the favorites are the gourmet cookie bar that's sold by the pound to mix & match, and cakes that come whole or in single servings, scones, muffins, brownies, etc. If you can't find a dessert here you want to take home, then you just don't like desserts. They have an extensive cheese section and some interesting produce as well. I'm not as big a fan of the grocery selection, but I do occasionally buy something in the snack or frozen section. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Be aware that going in the last hour means that you won't have access to the prepared foods, because they start pulling them from the floor. This is because they participate in the Too Good To Go program, which offers discount mixed bags of either the prepared foods or the bakery. It's one of the hardest options to get, being already sold out way in advance. The one downside is the customers. I have run into some rude, entitled people who cut lines, block aisles, and only care about themselves. It may be because of the area, or the image, who knows.

The seating is comfortable and well air conditioned. There are a few tv's playing sports and/or news in the background. Ordering is simple with a cashier. You don't have to be a member to eat here as they accept credit cards for payment. Or, you can also charge it to your membership account which will be totalled to your monthly dues. Note: breakfast is only served until 11:30a. We didn't realize this until 11:35a. But, there are several 'all day' breakfast items. You pay, get a buzzer, and go back up when your items are ready. We both opted for the breakfast sandwich which is only under $12 (after tax). It comes with fruit or a side salad. And may I just say ... it was a DELICIOUS breakfast sandwich. The multi grain bread had some sort of grilled cheese on top. The medium eggs were perfectly done. The bacon was crispy and the avocado was creamy. The side salad with caesar dressing was generous and fresh. Friend had same sandwich but in wrap form. She also enjoyed it quite a bit. There's self serve water and ice. Don't forget about the new complimentary sparkling water machine outside (exit cafe towards family pool and head right). Hope to return soon to try out more items.

For a gym, you would imagine they would have healthier choices for the kids menu. Nope it's all fried food. I kid you not they have a proposition 65 cancer warning sign displayed on the counter. I am no expert, but this is to be expected at a gas station, but at a gym cafe?!? They used to serve a famous açaí bowl with house made granola, it's gone. Before the changes, the menu was something you looked forward to trying, as everything was good. Due to Covid/corporate rebranding, it's been radically simplified with cheaper ingredients and more expensive prices passed on to the consumer.
