She prepared the food and also served for our party of 7 (6 adults and 1 child). She even did the dishes as she needed them! She prepared an amazing asian dip served with snap peas and rice crackers, grilled shrimp on avocado and cucumber, a salad with greens, mandarin oranges, feta, dried cranberries, candied pecans with a balsamic vinaigrette, a baked risotto with spinach and artichoke hearts, grilled asparagus, and a macadamia, coconut, panic crusted salmon with sweet chili sauce and wasabi yogurt. She finished the dinner with a chocolate mousse. When the dinner ended, you would never have guessed that a 7 course meal was just prepared in our kitchen. It was spotless.
