When I called to ask why, they said it was because they didn't have any buses or transportation available. They assured me I wouldn't be charged. Nonetheless, I received a payment confirmation the next day. I called the company back to flag the issue and was told that both transactions were now cancelled and would disappear from my credit card within 3-5 business days. It's now been almost a month and I still haven't received any refund. Both pending charges have officially gone through, and no one is answering my emails or calls. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. I'm so frustrated!

For scamming reason they put 5 stars in fake review so people will believe they are a good company. They are also have some services on the website call Hi5 Home Care LLC in Maine in trying to scam the retirees in Maine community. The reason i know because they use the same address that i booked for a taxi ( see my previous review). So Watch Out. Don't be another victim
