It is an open air platform - so plan accordingly if you plan on waiting outside. Also know it's not a long boarding time, so if you are not there when the train arrives, you may miss your train. Another thing I liked about the experience, is that it's earlier on in the journey, so if you are traveling with another person you have better odds on getting a seat together in a more preferred location than if you join later on in the journey. The staff - professional and nice The train station - a bit rusty but well maintained and clean There are stairs and a ramp and would say it's accessible. If you want to return the car at the end of the weekend - They're closed - and better yet? They charge you until they open again Monday morning at 8:30am! (read that again!) When I realized this, I asked about returning the car to the airport instead Sunday afternoon, as I was flying out that evening from Portland, but that would be an an additional charge in excess of $100. When Marco called me Monday afternoon to ask me how everything went, I expressed my dissatifaction again with being charged for an additional day even though the car had been returned the 15 hours earlier the previous day. He told me he'd comp my rental by noting the earlier return day, which he implied meant he'd not charge me the time after which the car had been returned. When I got my bill, there was no credit given, even though that was the distinct impression I got from Marco when we spoke. When I called them just now, Shannon not only supported that I was comped the time, but not the charges, that they could have charged me MORE by charging me $30/hour during that Sunday afternoon. So I came to the Yarmouth tourism association to ask and see if they knew any parking info. Well, as I was driving here, I saw a sign that said parking is at exit 15 at the park and ride share.
