We were at Robinhood, beyond the normal (?) pick up limit for this location. Zack told me to call the Brunswick location which is even further, but in my "territory." Brunswick said, "no way" so I called Zack back and he said he'd pick me up. We had a very hectic situation this past weekend where our car broke down, we were staying in Boothbay Harbor, and we had to get other transportation arranged in the middle of nowhere so we could get back home to Cape Cod. Halie went above and beyond in order to get us a car that did not exist until the last minute!! It was a roller coaster of a day and let's just say that Halie was a "rockstar", getting us the best rate and working with our insurance company together us a great deal, all while working after hours and with a great attitude. She is truly one of those people that I would hire in a minute if I had a business of my own, she just seemed like a person who gets things done.
