As you will read for yourself in other reviews, and direct responses from the owner, the man who runs this shop has been incredibly abusive and has - on multiple occasions - tried to intimidate and threaten customers who do not give him good reviews. He has made up many lies about how our correspondence has been. I will ignore them because he is clearly troubled. All you need to know is that he may mark up his prices, and that he is a very difficult and needlessly aggressive man to deal with. I simply asked him over the phone how he priced-out the cost for my repair, and he tried harassing me, and threatened to sue if I gave him a bad review. Wright and his team did outstanding work on my Lexus. I had a few small issues necessary to repair/replace (rim, rocker, fender line) and the folks at Wicked were prompt, courteous, and detailed the work completed when I picked my vehicle up after just 3 days. I'm not sure this is normal, but their cost on parts was WAY under what a dealer quoted me. It's never fun when you have a fender bender, but this was the exception. My experience at Wicked Collision Center couldn't have turned out better. Another shop outsourced Wicked Customs for paint work on my 1961 Galaxie. I reach out to Wicked directly with no returned calls or emails. Paint inconsistent and some areas turned rough as sandpaper (microfiber gets stuck when wiping down the area). Painted the wrong rear deck lid and fails to return calls to return the correct parts to me. read more

Okay, as the owner of the 64 T-Bird I would like to throw in my two cents. I did bring you a car in April of 2017 I believe, to be honest you had it for so long I really forgot exactly when I dropped it off to you. When we walked around the car I told you that the speedometer was not working so if we could work it into the budget that would be great to get fixed, I wanted the body and paint done and some interior work. The interior work was to include the liner in the roof in one area that had separated, the wood grain in areas, carpet, seats and doors. You expressed to me that it would take a good 3 months maybe even 4 to complete the work because you were in the beginning process of moving your business. That didn't matter to me, the cost was a factor however and in the end we agreed on the paint and body work (which was not significant in your words) drivers door, the roof liner and the wood grain if possible all for over $15,000. I thought it would be well worth it and you came highly recommended. I would absolutely give you a 5 star rating on the body work and paint done on my vehicle. I love that part of the car. However, you are insinuating that you did work that was not paid for and that you had to redo work that was done by another business. Okay let's start with work done by another business. Double D in Castle Rock who by the way recommends you for work on older vehicles actually fixed my electrical before I ever brought it in to you and it was working when I left it with you. I certainly did not bring you a car that needs to have the hood raised and the battery disconnected every time I stopped which is in fact what you returned to me 9 months after I left the car with you. Also at the time of picking it up you said it was a short in the electrical and that you ordered the parts to fix it. The next day you called and said they came in and when I brought it back and you replaced the part in the door it was not a complete fix. YOU SAID YOU WOULD CALL ME when the other parts came in for the other door and that would take care of the problem. You have to this date not called me nor have you returned my calls. I can't get a problem repaired if you or your staff are not going to return or make a simple call. That being said if there was major electrical problems why would you spend so much wasted time on it without telling me. I went months longer than necessary without my car when all you had to do was call and give me a choice: Replace the electrical and this is the cost or you will get it back working improperly and can take it someplace else. I have waited all summer for you to call me and return my calls. Now for the interior, the company you sent it out to for the roof liner or had them come to you which ever it was did an amazing job, it looks great. The fake wood grained contact paper you ordered and put on the doors and the dash as well as the center console promptly bubbles up in the heat and slide off. If you didn't charge me for it good for you, how about properly putting my doors back together? You said when I picked it up that when the electrical piece came in you would fix it all at the same time so I could drive it a little. Well I have driven it a little and I can say it looks amazing from the outside as long as you don't want to use a turn signal or that the door will close properly. I always support local business. My mother lived here for over 30 years. I have worked here forever myself and know very well how to treat customers. I did not have you do anything we did not agree to and I have a signed contract to prove that. If you had a problem and could not get the electrical back together properly well then I guess as a businessman it was your job to not say "I will order the part that will fix it and call you" and instead say we need new electrical here is the cost. Don't put the blame back on Double D, the fact is all the electrical was working when I brought it to you and don't blame me, I brought it to you because you are the expert. In response as to why I have not been back with my vehicle, why would I? I would have gladly brought it back to you to fix all the things YOU ALREADY KNEW were wrong when I picked it up but it seems as if you really don't care. read more

My wife brought her 64 t bird here to get bodywork paint and inside restoration done. And tried to give the local guy the business Let's just say the owner, Wright and crew, did a decent job on the bodywork but for a classic car restoration shop, the electrical and inside work they did on the car was a complete mess !!!! We were told the car would be ready by a certain date and they would call us. Never received a phone call. Had to call them repeatedly and were told the car was not ready because the parts were still on order. When we were told the car was finally ready, the electrical system was screwed and you had to reconnect the battery every time you need to start the car. The electrical system in the car worked fine before we brought it to them and they said that is how the car was when we first brought it to them. BS!! In addition ,How can you call yourself a car restoration shop and line the interior of the car with cabinet paper, and not feel guilty about steeling money??
