The Hot Meatloaf sandwich was very bid and looked delicious. The Fried Chicken salad was fresh and the chicken crispy. My husband had a cheeseburger that melted in his mouth. the only downfall were the hand made chips that were kind of old and just re-tossed in some BBQ seasoning. I had a Chicken Quesadilla. Just Chicken and cheese. It could have used a little seasoning and maybe some peppers and onions. Other than that, it was good and we will return on the future.

We approached Emily about the party of 30-40. We ended up with 40. We selected 4 appetizers; bacon wrapped scallops, bruschetta, meatballs, and crab stuffed mushrooms all were fantastic. We had 3 choices for entree selections that came with salad or soup. My cousins wife and I were talking about the soup hours later. And the meals came out hot and perfectly cooked and seasoned. We can't say enough nice things about Emily and the waitstaff for our party! We kept bringing up issues and Emily handled everything with such professionalism that we felt confident things would go well. They accommodated our handicapped, special needs, and allergen sensitive guests in a way that was appreciated by all and seamless and unnoticeable. We all had a very wonderful time. Very thankful for the team at Meredith inn.

This small bar has been loved by locals for many years. It's not usually the kind of place we go to…read morebut for us, it's a place with memories. My husband's grandfather used to come here often since it was just across the street from where he lived. My husband had been here with him before but my first visit was when we came to town for his grandfather's funeral. A few family members stopped by the bar afterward as a tribute to him. We haven't had many chances to visit Ford City since both of his grandparents passed away. This time, we were visiting our uncle in Kittanning so we decided to stop by to grab our favorite hot sausage. It was around lunchtime and the barstools were already filled with locals. We got our hot sausage and my husband enjoyed a beer with it while we talked about his grandpa and shared some memories. It was a simple visit but a meaningful one. We'd love to stop by again the next time we're in the area.
