When my children were there they were constantly sick. I was left paying for a day care my children never attended. Now I'm witnessing my nephew pay for a daycare his children never attend because both of them are always sick. When they do attend they come back extremely sick. They have a 6 month old who came home with hand foot and mouth disease. How does he get that when he can't walk. Now he has pink eye from his sister who was able to go to daycare. Only a week from getting over the hand and foot disease he now has pink eye from his sister. What is going on at this place! I don't think anything is being properly cleaned and disinfected. I feel bad for my nephews children and hope they decide to withdraw them from this place. Horrible, poor kids leave the house healthy and come back horribly sick every time they attend this place. As you can see there has previous complaints of cleanliness. Do better Kinder Care and clean this place properly!

Yes, we're paying a little bit out of pocket--but it's worth every penny knowing our baby is in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. We get constant updates through the app on how his day is going, which is nice. There's also peace of mind having access to the cameras in the app too. There are lots of different activities throughout the year which are always nice (even if we can't make it to all of them). The Halloween trunk or treat was a big highlight! Kids will be kids and any time there's been an incident, the staff has always handled it well. Overall we love the care our little guy gets here and are grateful to the whole team.

If you ask them what happened or for a copy they just direct you to the licensing board. No transparency. I suspect all the 5 star reviews are paid for by the company. I unfortunately had my daughter here about 15 months because others in the area didn't have space. I've had other kids in daycares before but this is something else. My daughter was constantly sick (beyond what is typical) from a lack of cleaning (e.g. pink eye and HFM multiple times) plus constant diaper rashes from lack of changes (they investigated this and were cited for it I believe). My daughter constantly came home with bites or scratches, sometimes with an incident report but often with an "Oh, I don't know". They were recently cited for this. I finally came in one day and found Lori lazily sitting in a chair and screaming at my daughter's class to stop playing and running around. I intervened, and she even tried to justify her behavior. Teachers were present in the adjacent classrooms, the director included, and there's no way they didn't hear since I heard from the front door. I reported them to the licensing board and they're currently investigating. We're relieved to be moving her to a very highly rated daycare that's a good deal cheaper.
