When coffee is excellent, it only takes that one sip to know it is frickin good. The slight bitterness from the chocolate was high quality without being too sweet. They offer 2 or 4 espresso shots. This is one of the best Mocha lattes that I have ever had. I will be back to try some of their other drinks. Seems like most of the patrons are locals. I was surprised by how many people kept pulling up to this coffee shop that is off the beaten path. As I am writing this review, I see that they have other locations in New Jersey. Edgar does a lot of the roasting and is more than happy to explain the what's, how's, and why's of the process.
