They kept going back and forth, two stylists kept switching turns while doing my hair so idk if the timing was off or what but my hair is brittle now. And so I contacted them on Instagram they told me to come back and that they'll be able to "fix it", I did, and they just straightened it with some solution which still got washed off revealing original texture afterwards. And when I complained now this is what they said "Hi dear, based on your hair's condition and texture before the service, this is the best result we could safely achieve while still maintaining the health of your hair. The straightening helped reduce frizz and smooth the hair a lot, but very resistant or previously treated hair may still have some natural movement after washing and won't stay completely pin straight." Now they're blaming my hair for being weak. So I said Japanese straightening is supposed to fix that no? And they should've just told me if hair couldn't handle it.
