It's the little details that really up the quality! And in the meantime, I waited on the lounging area. I was getting kind of bored but one of the lady workers offered me a bottle of water and told me I can look around the store. They sold a bunch of random stuff like skincare products, hair accessories and earrings. They also have an eyelash extension area in the back (like I said, they're huge). The outcome was great and it was way better than I expected. Jack said the perm should last about 2months because his hair was on the shorter side and not to wash hair for 24hours, as expected. I came in the morning and it was busy so I was asked to come back later in the afternoon. Their shampoo smelled like orange cream. They spent over an hour cutting my hair and she did it all with just a comb and scissor. She can keep up a conversation and keep you entertained the whole time. I asked for thinning and long layers. She understood the concept but it was poorly executed. My hair was very choppy and you can see the layers with straight ends in rows.
