A variety of soups, sandwiches and salads were offered, all entirely vegan, and they have the appealing option to pick two half-sized menu items to get a varied meal at a reasonable price. I picked a wrap based on black bean hummus and a tortilla soup which turned out to be heavy on sweet potatoes. My wrap was fresh, my soup spicy, and the service I received was enthusiastic. This place is right next to the highway, and for any travelers with special dietary needs, I doubt you'll find anything like this for a significant distance. Having said that, this does appear to be a local chain with two other locations in rural Tennessee, and it is likely the best such option in those towns as well.
