Traveling back home from N.C., I stopped here overnight to allow my mom to rest. We picked up a late lunch before checking in to the Fairfield Inn next door. Chic-fil-a is always good, and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a strawberry milkshake. The chicken must have been fried in some old oil, because it had a slightly burnt flavor and the chicken was much darker than normal. Everything else was great. Just probably they should change out their frying oil more often. Obviously I don't live here and don't know if this is normal for this location, but it's not normal for other chic-fil-a locations, and I was disappointed. read more

Just recently this year have I become a fan of Chick-fil-A. Honestly, I love their breakfast chicken in rolls. The 10 pack hold me down for breakfast and lunch because I always save half of them for lunch. Their personal sauce is delicious I started buying it at the grocery store I'm so hooked. This and every other Chick-fil-A I have seen always has a line and if you think that's bad then you haven't had their chicken. It yummy delicious!!! I drove past 9 cars in the drive-thru to park and walk in to see 0 customers waiting in line. This makes me wonder, is it my lucky day? Are people around here that lazy? Are the walk in cashiers failing? Well, I can assure you it wasn't my luck. So I walked in, and I am asked if I'm dining in before I even make it to the counter. I said no, it's to go, she says OK what would you like? I said, just 12 grilled chicken nuggets. She replies, do you want a combo? I said no, just the nuggets. (I should've known right there she was not paying attention.) She then asked me what sauces I would like. I said ranch and buffalo. She handed me a couple sauces that I put in my pocket and went to wash my hands. I waited to grab my food, go to my truck, and leave. I'm driving down the road to eat my food in the dark and I dip my chicken in what I thought was buffalo sauce, but was definitely not. From the shock, I choked and spit out my food all over my new truck and myself. So, I think it's both failure and laziness. The cashier failed to pay attention to the simplicity of what I said I wanted in my order. And laziness shows through the fact that the place is empty so there's no stress on the cashier, yet she did not read that it was not buffalo sauce she handed me. Breakfast, lunch or dinner time is always appropriate for a Chick-Fil-A stop but on this particular occasion we were on our way to Maryville, Tennessee. The parking lot of any Chik-Fil-A is always packed along with a drive through full of cars that wraps around the building and today was no exception. We went into this location and it was a sea of orange! We were in Rocky Top country and it was a game day. All the locals were out and about meeting up at their favorite eatery. The tune of "See ya'll, Hi ya'll, love ya'll" rang in my ears. Despite the crowd we were served almost in the blink of an eye. The staff is always cordial with their "My Pleasure" attitude. Quite possibly could be the worst Chick-fil-A in terms of service in the country. Was traveling through and decided to stop and grab dinner I normally order via the app which is what I did tonight and do curbside pick up but I guess this Chick-fil-A doesn't offer curbside when the weather is below 50° at night so I had to wait in the drive-through line for 20+ minutes which is fine I understand that but the white could've been alleviated for myself and many other customers by opening up curbside just a overall poor service experience that could've been easily avoided had they offered all the options that are available on the app. Also for a store that has 13 designated curbside pick up spots you would think that they would have curbside pick up. I get not having it during a storm or blizzard or something like that but it was 50° and sprinkling. read more

Staff is friendly, respectful, helpful and carry smiles whether taking out the trash, filling up a drink or cleaning a table. No one is lazy. The restaurant is clean. Customer always leave happy and vow to return. This is the lasting model for a good fast-food chain and no one else in town has come close to figuring it out. Sure, it's not amazing food, but when it comes to fast food there's nothing better in town. This massive chain has mastered the art of delivering great service and food that caters to healthy (somewhat) and non-health conscious eaters. Here is how it goes I go through for breakfast every morning and lunch in the evenings I love the food and the ten million people they have on staff, food is fresh and hot you name, I'm going with three stars cause the last time at 8:30 pm I has went through and got #3 meal and it was all hard and stale, was shocked never had bad food so I'm going to have to go with three star's because as a customer spending a lot of money there just blew my mind, as customers we drive to you all we drive to your restraunt to get what we crave and want, and would like it hot and fresh and how we ask, we pull up and it's not then the scores drop on the store because customers get mad. I've eaten here numerous times and always receive quality that I come to expect. Here's the deal though: 1. Kid clearly was coming in, out of uniform, to begin his shift. After thanking him for grabbing the door for me, he responds with the Chuck-Fil-A phrase, "my pleasure." I can't fathom hearing that from a high school kid, not clocked in, at any other restaurant. Kudos to him. 2. While washing my hands before ordering, I overheard a manager respectfully asking another student when she was due to clock in. She replied 330 (it was about 315). In a nondemanding, respectful voice, she asked if she would mind clocking in early (they were slammed). Without hesitating, the girl excused herself from two friends and walked to clock in. There's just something different about Chic Fil-A compared to other fast food joints, something about the service and somewhat over priced chicken, that they really seem to go the extra mile. This location in particular has friendly staff, good service, and they always seem to say "My pleasure." What can you say about a place that works like a very organized business in the middle of total human crazy around lunch! I love ever one we stop at but this place went above and beyond customer service. You get in line just like usual no problem getting your order taken quickly. You go sit and by the time you have condiments and sit down here stands a guy with your order coming to you! As busy as the place was there was someone constantly wiping tables and never saw an overflowing trashcan which is a site no one wants to see. Plus, they take the time to speak with you to check on you. This place has it down to an art form! Our food was perfect, hot and fresh. The people working here really get it. I've paid a lot more for meals and not had half the pleasant experience as we did here. Bonus if you have small children, they have plastic bibs with a removable strip to stick it on your child to keep clothing clean. Oh and it doubles as a game read more

We went through the drive thru and service was great up until we got to the window. Core 4 was weak from the gentlemen that was on window. No eye contact nor smile, nothing. Pretty disappointed but overall the food was phenomenal and had a different taste than Chick-fil-A in California. Awesome job kitchen!
