Went to zaxbys today to pick up a mobile order got both drinks wrong and shut the drive through window before I could say anything I go inside to switch out my drinks and realize they also messed up my food order when I'm asked the issue I responded that I had recover the wrong sides then to be told it would be 10 minutes for the correct ones to be made as the lady hurries off just to watch the kitchen sit my side in a tray immediately after and i still wait the 10 minutes before it's given to me and in the at waiting time I watched a kitchen crew member drop and order on the counter pick it all back up with there bare hands and serve the food. Never had a bad experience with the food it's always been good. The service on the other hand was AWFUL. Every single person we encountered had the WORST attitude. Besides the drive-thru employee that took our order they were very patient. This was August 3rd 2024 at 6:30pm. One day, after a long and exhausting workout, I went to this place to eat my favourite wings in sweet and spicy sauce. Everything went well, I ordered and received food, but when I started eating my delicious meal, I noticed that the fork was missing. "This is the end" - I thought - "I won't be able to enjoy this masterpiece." Then he runs up, a worker in shining armor, hands me a fork and with a shining smile says, "Have a nice meal." I love Zaxbys and I was passing thru this town on a trip so I decided to stop. Not sure of the ladies names that were working in the kitchen and at the registers on 6/20/2022 at 1:30 PM, but I hope I never see them again. They were incredibly rude, rolling their eyes and giving me attitude because I asked for a ranch and silverware for my Togo order. My husband will NOT eat fast food but I talked him in to trying this one- winner winner chicken dinner. Ok I had to write a review just to use that- sorry. 20.00 and we had an entire box to take home. Generous portions of fries and chicken had 0 fatty parts. Brand spanking new, I had the pleasure of attending a Z.I.P. invitation only event prior to the opening of the restaurant. Great job staff! Everyone was cheerful, attentive, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Zaxby's Algood adds to the other fast food options in the small town. This was my first time visiting a Zaxby's as I'm from the Northeast and we don't have them up there. The fried chicken was pretty good and the sauces were decent as well. The pairing of all the meals with Texas toast is different, but the toast is pretty good. I'll have to come back to try one of their salads (they look good) and I'll definitely be back to try it! read more

Overall food was good. Definitely DO NOT recommend ordering curbside as you may end up waiting 50 minutes in in the parking spot waiting for your food. This Zaxby's is by far the BEST in the Upper Cumberland area. Always, always, always fresh and hot, salads are always very well chilled and the meat is again, hot and fresh. Extremely fast service and FRIENDLY!!! Nothing like the Zaxby's across town on Jackson Street! Stay away from that one!! Get to Zaxby's on 320 Big Mac Drive as quick as you can! I like coming on Tuesdays when they offer the college discount. The staff is friendly. I like the variety of the menu, and the food is good. The only thing I dislike is the line through the drive-thru. When I come here on my work break, sometimes I'm in line up to 15 minutes, which is too long for fast food. read more
