I never have any issues out of this Zaxby location. Great customer service and the food is always fresh.

They do not take allergies seriously. They also regularly add or subtract items from your salad without saying anything. Today, I got no tomatoes or bread, but I got some pieces of cheese that I had told them I was allergic to. The last salad I had to have someone return because the salad that wasnt suppose to have bacon, ended up having bacon. Don't bother trying here if you have alpha-gal or any other allergy. read more

they can't get a drive Thu order right if they tried harder .for the money you pay there you can go to a better place and eat without upsetting your day read more

We have been here several times on our way through. It's always clean inside and the staff are typically friendly. Chrys has been at the register the last couple times and she is very kind. Good food like always. read more

Went to zaxbys today to pick up a mobile order got both drinks wrong and shut the drive through window before I could say anything I go inside to switch out my drinks and realize they also messed up my food order when I'm asked the issue I responded that I had recover the wrong sides then to be told it would be 10 minutes for the correct ones to be made as the lady hurries off just to watch the kitchen sit my side in a tray immediately after and i still wait the 10 minutes before it's given to me and in the at waiting time I watched a kitchen crew member drop and order on the counter pick it all back up with there bare hands and serve the food. Absolutely disgusted will never return disgrace to the zaxbys name. read more

Never had a bad experience with the food it's always been good. The service on the other hand was AWFUL. Every single person we encountered had the WORST attitude. Besides the drive-thru employee that took our order they were very patient. This was August 3rd 2024 at 6:30pm. I'll be back for the food because come on it's fast food, but the service someone needs to fix that. read more

One day, after a long and exhausting workout, I went to this place to eat my favourite wings in sweet and spicy sauce. Everything went well, I ordered and received food, but when I started eating my delicious meal, I noticed that the fork was missing. "This is the end" - I thought - "I won't be able to enjoy this masterpiece." Then he runs up, a worker in shining armor, hands me a fork and with a shining smile says, "Have a nice meal." The day is saved, the food is eaten, the customer is happy, and the employee goes back to work. All I know, is that knight's name was "RP". read more

I love Zaxbys and I was passing thru this town on a trip so I decided to stop. Not sure of the ladies names that were working in the kitchen and at the registers on 6/20/2022 at 1:30 PM, but I hope I never see them again. They were incredibly rude, rolling their eyes and giving me attitude because I asked for a ranch and silverware for my Togo order. I got to the car and had neither so I went back in and she acted like I was lying lol. And the leaves for the salad were wilted anyways. read more

My husband will NOT eat fast food but I talked him in to trying this one- winner winner chicken dinner. Ok I had to write a review just to use that- sorry. 20.00 and we had an entire box to take home. Generous portions of fries and chicken had 0 fatty parts. Toasted buns and lots of sauce on the nibblers- I highly recommend these!! Clean- free refills on the assortment of coke products. We will be back!! read more

Never had a bad experience food had always been good. I would just want someone to change the hours online to the correct hours. We went tonight through the drive-thru because online it says they close at 11. Someone then proceeded to yell at us through the back door that they were closed. read more

Brand spanking new, I had the pleasure of attending a Z.I.P. invitation only event prior to the opening of the restaurant. Great job staff! Everyone was cheerful, attentive, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Zaxby's Algood adds to the other fast food options in the small town. It's located near the Walmart, Taco Bell, McDonnald's, and Speedway. PROS: staff, food quality, cleanliness, fountain drink machine, free WiFi CONS: exiting Big Mac Drive onto Main Street (turning left is dangerous) read more

I was in the drive through and my grandma was just asking about the $20 chicken fingers and this girl rudely said, "it's not $20 it's $30 to correct you" and we told them on one of the salads to hold the fried onions read more

This was my first time visiting a Zaxby's as I'm from the Northeast and we don't have them up there. The fried chicken was pretty good and the sauces were decent as well. The pairing of all the meals with Texas toast is different, but the toast is pretty good. I'll have to come back to try one of their salads (they look good) and I'll definitely be back to try it! read more

Overall food was good. Definitely DO NOT recommend ordering curbside as you may end up waiting 50 minutes in in the parking spot waiting for your food. Sadly enough they thought nothing of it as they did not apologize for the wait nor offered any compensation. Very disappointed with the poor service. read more

This Zaxby's is by far the BEST in the Upper Cumberland area. Always, always, always fresh and hot, salads are always very well chilled and the meat is again, hot and fresh. Extremely fast service and FRIENDLY!!! Nothing like the Zaxby's across town on Jackson Street! Stay away from that one!! Get to Zaxby's on 320 Big Mac Drive as quick as you can! I'd give it more stars than 5 if I could!!! Wish I had a meal from there right about now... read more

I like coming on Tuesdays when they offer the college discount. The staff is friendly. I like the variety of the menu, and the food is good. The only thing I dislike is the line through the drive-thru. When I come here on my work break, sometimes I'm in line up to 15 minutes, which is too long for fast food. read more

Not bad Chicken. It's not as good as Chick Fil A though. Nice new store. Service was good.
