I ordered 2 KFC 3 piece tenders dinners, the chicken pieces were thin and rubbery. I should have received 2 drinks, but only received 1 drink. The 2 sauces I ordered were completely missing. I do food deliveries so I am frequently in this restaurant. It is the most missed managed store I have ever seen. It doesn't matter how many people are working. There is always chaos and long weights for orders today. I arrived around 11:30 in the morning, there was me another delivery driver, and a couple standing in the lobby waiting to be taken care of. There were two people making the food and one person putting the orders together, while the manager ran the register, she had already checked me in, knowing that I was inside the building and the other delivery driver, then went back to taking care of the drive-through. She brought the one driver's order to her and told us that we had to wait. She said that it would be two minutes for the extra crispy chicken to be done and ready. 15 minutes later she comes back over the other couple that was there wanted crispy. She told them she had none and so that they didn't have to wait longer. they chose to go with the original, but she said to me I will have to wait at least another 10 minutes because they don't have any more extra crispy. She chose while she had customers that she knew inside her store wanting the extra crispy she chose to prioritize the drive-through because of the timers that corporate offices put on the drive-through to be sure that they are serviced in a timely fashion. But customer standing in the lobby, should not be put off and ignored because there's no timer telling corporate how long we are standing there and the poor service that we are being given I said something to the manager when she finally brought my order which my customer agreed to have original so that he could have lunch before he had his dinner Because at this point, I'm waiting there close to 30 minutes and she says I don't understand to which I responded I understand customer service, and you do not care about the customers standing in your lobby. This is absurd and outrageous. I mean it's not like especially the deliveries they come in on the computers way before the driver even shows up so it's not like she did not know and those customers deserve as much attention and quality service as anyone that comes through the drive-through. read more

The absolute worst service at any restaurant I've ever seen. Mobile order was supposed to be ready at 5:30, 6:00 still no food. Saw no less then 3 employees using their cell phones. I watched my chicken, go out the drive-through window twice and out the door once. At 6:01 the acknowledge, they didn't even know where the order was. Me and my boyfriend came here excited to go through the drive thru ant get great food. We've never had a problem with this place until now. When we arrived the lady taking our order was very rude and rushing us. My boyfriend got a famous bowl and I got a number seven with Mac and cheese and mash potatoes. We get to the window and the lady was still very rude and told us to pull around up front because they said it'd take 8min for my tenders. We parked up front and waited and waited for 25min before I decided to send my boyfriend inside. When he arrived inside he said the lady was so rude and forgot about our order had tried to say we didn't order. She gave him my food tried giving me cole slaw and something else rather than the sides I asked. When he got back to the car I open the bag and his famous bowl wasn't in there so he went back in. So, KFC is not good. Mostly because, while I get that fast food isn't supposed to be healthy, but could they make this food any more greasy (sarcasm)? And speaking of failure to be clean, the bathrooms are absolutely gross. The toilets are often times clogged, the front mats are coated with grease and other types of disgusting stains on the entrance, as well as the walls being extremely damaged. So, in other words, avoid the bathrooms at all costs, and ensure to stay in the drive-thrus. But, there is a twelve-ish percent chance that you'll get the wrong order. And that may seem small, but that's (from my sources), a common thing, with it happening every year. read more
