Seriously, I started to try to pick some out, but I didn't have a lot of spare time, so decided I'd better return when I had a couple hours. They, no exaggeration, have 500+ varieties! In addition to the absolutely insane amount of hostas, they also had more varieties of ferns, astilbe and epimedium than I have ever seen gathered in one place. I quickly filled a basket with my selections, then loped along, arms overflowing with additional plants that didn't fit. There were a couple customers in line as I was paying, and we all laughed about trying to limit your purchases by only using a basket. Learn from my mistakes and opt for the carts! Anyways, I ended up with a beautiful golden geum, three hardy fuchsias, two yellow wonder strawberries, a red (Valentine) bleeding heart, striped lily of the valley, a hardy begonia, and dancing geisha dianthus. They had all the kooky, fun plant varieties that I am always seeking, in addition to their more standard counterparts. They also had limited bushes and trees, and some pretty display gardens and landscaping to serve as inspiration. Prices are comparable to other nurseries, in some cases lower. The gentleman who assisted me at checkout was friendly and nice, and Sebright just felt like such a pleasant place to shop as all the customers were so sweet and echoed excitement about everyone else's finds in addition to their own. Sebrights are my favorite chickens. Just look one up and tell me they aren't the cutest! You know this nursery must be good if they share a moniker. Lastly, while they don't have a specific date they open for the season each year, for 2022 it was the end of March, and they said that is about in line with what they normally do. So if you get a hankerin' for some early spring gardening they are ready for ya!

All that I planted last fall survived and should now have gotten a good start at rooting over the winter. I found great prices for those in the fall, best time to plant trees. I initially wondered if it was worth hiring them for ag consulting additionally since we are so small. I tend to think of this service as something for large commercial operations. Boy, are we glad we got the consulting part too. We've never had sheep before and this was absolutely worth it's weight in gold (or Amex.) Brian and Michelle came out to our property and identified the types of grass, appropriateness of our fencing and shelter, and recommended an amount of animals based on the lot size. They immediately followed up by email with a written list of specific supplies they recommend. Our ram and ewes were selected based on this meeting and delivered to us. We really felt like all our questions were answered and when our first sheepergency came up, they immediately responded to our anxious questions. So many people I know are trying to add some element of farming to their already busy day job lives, but don't know where to start. I highly recommend Brian and Michelle for even small properties: let them save you the expense and headache reinventing the wheel from their years of learned experience!

Working with Jole at the gun counter I was told I could not hold the gun with out the trigger lock on it. The trigger lock had a cable connected to the counter. I get it. They don't want someone running out with it. However Jole had already asked for my ODL and had it behind the counter. I told him he could also hold my wallet and money if he like but I needed to hold the gun with out the lock on it to see if it fit my hand. nope. No can do. I told him I geld very disrespected ! he treated me like a thief. With the great feeling of disrespect, I just encountered I will be taking my business elsewhere to a completely different store for all of my needs.

She yelled from across the store at us to wear mask or she was going to throw us out of store. CDC has clearly stated masks are not needed under new guidelines. She was incredibly immature and has no proper training on how to deal with public. She should stay in the back unloading trucks or something. I used to like going in store but doubt I'll be going in anytime soon if ever. Masks or no mask the reason the store is able to stay open is the customers!
