I told the tech that wrote my service order that I did not want any filters or other extra fluids, no other service. There was no mention of an upc-harge for the Castrol. When I returned 90 minutes later they charged me $48.13. (45% more) The lady cashier tried to tell me it took more than 5 quarts, which it does not. Then she retrieved the technician and he said I did not ask for the basic service, which was incorrect. Do not go to Kwik Kar unless you have a lot more money than they advertize. They will not treat you properly.
