I had Morgan for most of my bikini waxes while coming here. I could not have had a better experience. The ladies who work here are so sweet and accommodating. The salon itself is nicely located and has a very nice atmosphere. I genuinely loved getting my waxes here. Morgan was so skilled with me every single time and, truthfully, made the waxes go by as painlessly as possible. There were times I felt like I had barely any pain and felt extremely relaxed afterward. I wish more people knew about this place. Only reason I'm not continuing to get service is because I'm moving out of the state. I also wish I had started getting waxes here YEARS ago as opposed to just the past year or so. Greer is absolutely amazing! You can tell she is truly passionate and proud of what she does. Her salon is very clean and welcoming. There's always some relaxing music playing as well. The first time I went I had no idea what to expect. Sugaring wasn't something I was familiar with but I heard it was better than waxing so I decided to book my appointment. Scheduling appointments on her website are easy and convenient. I was a little nervous but Greer was so welcoming and friendly. She explained everything to me and was very efficient in her service. Sugaring is amazing here! Greer is the owner and she makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. Her salon is cozy and quaint. The booking for an appointment online makes it an easy process and if you have questions Greer will get back to you right away. I waxed for years but once I started sugaring there was no way I could go back. Sugaring is a more healthy and desirable means of getting rid of that unwanted hair. Both ladies, Hannah & Greer, have always provided me with great customer service and will do a great job with whatever sugaring services you need. The establishment is always clean, and the pricing is affordable. Definitely would recommend! My only "head's up" to other patrons would be that there is no dedicated parking for their salon; you must park on the street, which hasn't been an issue for me yet (just plan a few extra minutes ahead to be safe). read more

I've never had my lashes done before but she was able to explain what she was doing, why she was doing it, along with care tips. They're full and full of life finally. Not to mention, she's an awesome listener too if you wanna rant about your life (: Price wise, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my lashes. I just recently moved here from California and was looking for a sugaring place and found White Sage. I booked an appointment very easily online for my eyebrows and a Brazilian. TMI: since i just moved i had not been sugared in a long time. I was so mortified going into my appointment and then i met Hannah... she was so kind, calming and made me feel so incredibly comfortable. We talked about what my eyebrow goals were and she nailed it. Did a great job! Then on to the Brazilian... wow she was simply amazing... it didn't hurt as bad as it normally does and we chatted the whole time and before i knew it... done! I've gone here twice for sugaring. First sugaring was alright, not horrible but not great either. Figured I'd give them another try, maybe it was just an off day. Tried them again and it was the worst. I've been getting waxes or sugaring for 10+ years. So I've tried many different salons. This last sugaring was the worst! She missed so many spots. It was like I didn't even get it done. I saw Hannah both times. I gave 2 stars because the place is super cute and seems clean. But I won't be back. read more

So bummed to learn that sugaring is not really a thing in Reno, which is crazy to me because it's much more gentle on your skin than wax. I believe White Sage is only one of three that offers sugaring. Her prices are very fair and booking is really easy through the web app or just a text or email. Greer is very easy to chat with while you're getting your nether-regions sugared, which helps keep your mind off the pain (yes, it's gentler, but any type of hair removal where you're getting a bunch of hair yanked out is going to hurt no matter what). When she was on maternity leave, she made sure you were covered when she hired Haidy, who learned quickly and was always funny to talk to. Happy that even though the sugaring options aren't plentiful in Reno, White Sage is here to fill that gap well. read more

I visited White Sage before when owner Greer was there. She was awesome. I visited yesterday and had a different esthetician. Very pleasant and relaxing facial. My skin looked great. Sugaring on brows and lip done excellently. I think during facial esthetician should provide more feedback on products being used. Also I had to tell her my concerns. I think a very nice and capable young woman, perhaps just needs to communicate more with the client to provide a more customized experience as opposed to just getting you in and out. This was the best facial I have ever had! She uses all natural products and they smelled amazing. Everyone has been commenting on my radiant skin since I have had this facial. I have also had compliments from two nurses that do Cosmetic Laser and injections. I had just gotten back from traveling and my skin was a mess so this was the perfect fix! She also had some great music playing that wasn't your typical "spa" music. I get sick of spa music so this was a welcome change. I also had hair removal which she used a process called sugaring. This was less harsh than your typical waxing and my skin was not irritated or red after so I highly recommend this! read more
