He has the most accomplished playing background and golf pedigree of any instructor I've worked with, but more importantly, he knows how to teach. He didn't just point out flaws; he gave me a clear process--what to practice, how to practice, and how to measure improvement. Practice does not make perfect, practice makes permanent, and Fredrick showed me how to make the right things permanent. My swing has improved dramatically. He is thoughtful, approachable, and genuinely invested in his students getting better at golf. I now go to the range with confidence and a plan, and I actually look forward to practicing.
