He took the time to find out about my game, likes, dislikes, and what some of my golf goals were. I hit 6 different clubs and he analyzed those against my current clubs. It was my first time to have a fitting and I found it well worth the time and money. I would definitely recommend him and the company. Anne E

The trade-in process is fast and fair. We were able to trade in almost two full bags of clubs - one a well used set of women's clubs and one a gently used set of beginner kid clubs, and received $120 in store-credit. My stepson was able to get a great "new" putter that he loves, and I got my putter regripped. When he needs an upgrade on the hand-me-down clubs he is using as he starts to play, I know where we are going to go. We even got him a great driver cover. Thanks for everything, this place rules!

I fully expected that my equipment exceeded their grade for "average", they couldn't even be trusted to honor that. The turnaround was slow. The clubs sat at their location for over a week before they even looked at them. DO NOT sell them your used clubs. Be aware this is not an individual store I'm talking about, it's their corporate HQ. It has been a totally bad experience. I also had ordered a Cobra fairway wood from them, and it was supposed to have a Denali Black shaft, it came with a blue. So their staff botched to description of the club, or more likely sent me a different one. So basically both of my interactions with them have been bad. I have to use up my credit with them, and I'll never do business with them again.

In fact it was the only putter I can remember returning. I told him the company policy was that there was no limit on how many used clubs could be returned within 30 days. I've taken lessons from at least a half‑dozen different instructors, and most of them could tell me…read morewhat was wrong with my swing, but none of them could actually teach me how to fix it. My game reached a point where I stopped practicing because my swing felt so bad and I had no direction. I knew that all I was doing on the range was reinforcing bad habits, and that was both frustrating and discouraging. Working with Fredrick Taggart completely changed that. He has the most accomplished playing background and golf pedigree of any instructor I've worked with, but more importantly, he knows how to teach. He didn't just point out flaws; he gave me a clear process--what to practice, how to practice, and how to measure improvement. Practice does not make perfect, practice makes permanent, and Fredrick showed me how to make the right things permanent. My swing has improved dramatically. He is thoughtful, approachable, and genuinely invested in his students getting better at golf. I now go to the range with confidence and a plan, and I actually look forward to practicing. I strongly recommend Fredrick Taggart to any golfer at the club who is serious about improving.
