Asked 4 help/ advice on the best seats for a vision disabled person. Ended up with no help. Phone had to be used to enlarge.

I didn't even park here and Parking Was Horrible! Lol I got dropped off because I live down the street 3 miles. I asked the attendant if this was the main entrance when I got out of the car, he said he didn't know. Ok whatever Then took Uber home... because again I am 3 miles away. They didn't let uber take a left so we ended up going towards Enumclaw and wandered around every back road saw so many road closures. It was a scarey 20 minute ride home being detoured in the country, no street lights! Wont go to this Venue again because of the traffic sit

This is a great venue to see a concert. I saw Hootie and the Blowfish and Collective Soul. The concert was amazing, and the food and drinks were delicious.

Ghost!

4 stars for the venue 0 stars for the logistics (4+0)/2 = 2 stars The venue is great! They have some pretty decent beers on tap and some well-maintained bathrooms. We saw Ghost and were in the Pit area and it was tiny and everywhere in there had amazing views. You could feel the breath of the Cardinal. The parking though. Getting into the venue is a mess. If you stay for the encore (which you should, you paid all that money to see your favorite band and now you're gonna bail on them?), you may as well take a nap in your car. Expect it to take at least an hour to get out of here...it could easily take two. The other major logistical bummer: there are no hotels anywhere near close to the venue. That would be really nice as many people drink at concerts.

Free general parking for this concert (6/2/23)

First visit to the White River Amphitheatre to see Metric, Noel Gallagher, and Garbage on Friday 6/2/23. If you follow the information provided by Ticketmaster, Livenation, and the posted signs at the venue, you should have no issues. Note: I would not pay $50 or $75 for premium parking. We showed up right as the gate opened for general parking and surprisingly well organized and *free*. Just no crazy tailgating with grills or rolling out the keg. Note: I would not pay the upcharge for premium entrance. Everyone still goes through the security points and then race off to concessions, restrooms, concert merch tent, or cocktail/beer garden. Save your money. Just pack your patience and it's totally chill. Gates open at least an hour before. Open air amphitheatre with overhead cover. Decent acoustics. Relaxed environment. Seats get a bit uncomfortable after a 4 hour concert, walk around or stand up between sets. Definitely bring sunglasses and dress in layers. Leaving the facility was orderly and getting out of the parking area was efficient. Driving down here with Friday traffic from Shoreline took 90 minutes. Would I come here again? Probably not, simply too hella south and east. Although make a day of it and visit Mt. Rainier National Park earlier?

The place is dated but it's an impressive complex with a village of shops and vendors before you even make it to the concert venue itself. The acoustics are impressive. I don't love the idea that you MUST rent *their* lawn chairs but I understand the reasoning. As anyone else will tell you the parking lot exit situation is abysmal. Not only will you be stuck in the parking lot for an hour post-concert, the police have closed off the numerous side roads so that everybody is funneled back to Seattle nearly in a single way, so don't make any plans for the next morning!

It's a concert venue. With loads of people. Super packed! Poor parking lots that require you to either, pay extra for the star parking, premium parking (you get it!), or arrive Uber early and park by the entrance/exit as you enter the general parking area. Or, stay at the local casino / hotel and take a Lyft/ Uber to the event. I'd imagine the poor reviews are associated with the parking issues at this venue. The overall vibe probably depends on the artist too and the crowd of people who attend. The food is of course super expensive as it is a concert. You are allowed to bring in a gallon ziplock bag full of food! Which is exactly what I did, thus not spending money on the expensive stuff. Empty water bottles are allowed and water filling stations for refill. The sound here is outstanding and loud! With screens to watch the main performance. Plan accordingly and you won't be disappointed. Rock on peeps! SYOY!

Love how the venue is built for shows! Parking logistics not so much!

The actual venue itself I enjoyed a lot for the concert tour featuring Filter, Ministry, Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie. I purchased a ticket with a seat and was a little bit concerned about the situation with rain but the roof covering the seated area was perfect and well protected in case such a thing occurred. Acoustics for the shows were good, no complaints there at all. But the reason why I give this venue such a low rating is similar to other low ratings for thus amphitheater and that is the logistics. One way in, one way out basically. While getting to the show there was more than enough traffic congestion, getting out was so much worse. I was stuck in gridlock just in the parking lot very close to an hour. Once that loosened up I chose to take an actual longer route to get home because I knew the Seattle bound traffic would be so much worse. So not only are concert nights late nights but yhe longer route proved to make it an extra late night. But should I have taken the Seattle bound road home I'm sure it would have been considerably later than the arrival time at home that I did get. Prices for like concert t shirts was just ridiculous! Maybe the prices were related to this particular tour but for one concert t shirt they were asking $50. You go down to the parking lot and someone is selling the same exact shirt for $20. Just ludicrous! But the high prices didn't stop there. Food wasn't too bad in price but what you got was still slightly overpriced. Getting a beer was outrageous! For one beer it was over $20! For some breweries you could get two or three beers for the same price so all that was unnecessary and as I already said, ridiculous! But the actual show I did like. People got obnoxious as the night wore on but that isn't new with concerts but since it was amphitheater there was so many more of them! I used to go to amphitheater shows all the time in the 90's and only went because I could narrow down my bucket list for bands I want to see but other than that I prefer smaller venues and theaters and the traffic situation only affirmed it more. I love going to concerts but since my bucket list is tiny now for bands I want to see the thought process of if I am willing to deal with stadium and amphitheater shows also dwindles as well which I am absolutely fine with especially after this particular experience!

This was my first time ever to this venue. I went to go see the Backstreet Boys. I was so looking forward to it. Without traffic, I live about 30 minutes from the venue. Because it was my first time there, I thought I would leave about 2 hours before the time listed on the ticket, which was 7:30pm (it said 7:30pm, but I figured the band would go on about 8:30pm). I should have left like 4-5 hours before! (i should have read other reviews first). Traffic was fine until I was about 2.5 miles from the venue. It was like insane gridlock. There is only about 2 roads that lead you to the venue. The way that I came was through some fields, so there were a few 4 way stops. I didn't get parked in general parking until a little before 9pm! I literally spent longer driving to the concert than the actual concert was. The only thing that made me feel better is that lots of other people were in the same boat as me. Tip: Pay for the special parking! The show was great - i was sad I didn't have time to get a drink or anything because the show had already started and I didn't want to miss more than I had already missed. I didn't really have a chance to explore the venue. Seems very large and they and a lot of food and alcohol stands. By the end of the night, the bathroom I went to was out of TP. I knew leaving the venue was going to be insane, so I took my time leaving the venue. I got to my car and waited about 30 minutes to let some traffic die down....I ended up waiting at least 90 minutes to leave. I swear for a good 45 minutes, I didn't see a single car that was in line to get out leave! The only saving grace was 2 good samaritans got out of their cars and started directing traffic. However leaving the venue, they were only letting you turn out one way. If they opened it up to both directions, it could have gone faster. Venue seriously needs to work on the process.

Are you kidding me? The parking attendant moved us and still allowed another person to park their van in our stall!!

Ask the Community - White River Amphitheatre

Anyone know what sort of Covid test is required to see a concert here? Nothing is listed on the website.

The answers to this are wrong! They are requiring covid tests..... as of a week ago to some shows

Hi all. I am thinking of going to a concert here soon but like most have heard the nightmare parking stories. Is it better to take an Uber? Is there a shuttle? Any advise would be great!!

Thankfully, parking is free at the White River. I've been there 50+ times for variety of shows. Leaving the venue can be a pain. I normally leave early to avoid the, up to two hours it takes to leave the parking lot. I have never taken an Uber to… Read more

Wheelchair accessibility and concert seating? I'm having difficulty locating such information. Any assistance with answers is much appreciated.

I have seen people at concerts using wheelchairs and there are few areas designated for them to watch from.

Can I bring my own food & water? Website says "generally allowed"? Is it or isn't it? Sure hate to…

Yes, you can. In a small soft cooler.

Does anyone know what the beer prices are these days at the White River? Going on Saturday and buying beer for 4..Going to be a spendy night I'm sure 😐

I paid $12 for a 16oz can of Shock Top and $14.25 for a 22oz on Monday

I am wondering if anyone has taken the shuttle from the Outlet Collection, is it worth it?

First of all, it is FREE. It keeps you able to party with your friends, meet new friends, and keeps extra cars off the road. I own a cab company, and we refer concertgoers to use this free shuttle when there is one. The venue is on State Route 164,… Read more

There are a lot of underage bands with fans just waiting for a place to play. This really is just a warehouse but they have built a fairly big stage and have a loud sound system. The stairs to the stage are limiting so it makes it a bit difficult during band changes. There is a green room for the band, a small snack counter, and some very clean and new bathrooms but other than that, it is just a big room in an industrial park. A kitchen and a bar would really help this place but the kids don't seem to mind. My son's band, Innocent Bystander, played their last week and had one of the best nights of their life. I am not just talking about the band; all their friends that showed up to be in the mosh pit are still talking about what a great time they had. We expect to have many more shows. The sound guys had some troubles and the bands weren't super happy about how the sound man controlled the mix but that was lost in the crowd having such a good time. It would be nice for this to become a regular spot for local bands and have the owners help promote some of the shows online and in the newspapers. This place is new enough that I can't fault the place for what it doesn't have yet. It would be great to have some raised seats in the back for those of us not interested in slam dancing next to the stage. But that is not what this place is for. It is designed as a place where underage kids can see music and it is doing that job just fine.

Let me start off by saying that I work/worked in all ages venues for almost 4 years…read more This is NO place i would send any band or concert goer. This venue is the most unprofessional venue I have ever see. (and I have seen quite a lot!) At the end of a bands set the sound engineer (if you can even call him that) literally started yelling at a band while they were still on stage. No matter what your job is music is still a customer service industry and there is a time and place for yelling, BUT YOU NEVER DO IT IN FRONT OF GUESTS OR CUSTOMERS!!!! Needless to say, I was ashamed and infuriated to have given the venue the 14$ for my ticket! YOU DO NOT YELL AT A BAND WHILE THEY ARE ON STAGE!!!!!!! This place is the WORST place I have EVER been to!

We haven't had the occasion to visit in maybe a year or two so .. we were definitely overdue! We appreciated the friendly, charming nature of our server and the wide assortment of options to choose from! I'm going to start with the cookies because ...O...M...Goodness, we bought one Ube cookie and one Cardamom. We haven't tasted the Ube yet (we're pacing ourselves lol) but the Cardamom was delicious and soooo soft, even though we didn't try it until a couple of hours later! My wife ordered the Deli Wrap, house deli slices, vegan cheeze, and beautiful micro greens while I ordered two items, a Mock Tuna sandwich made of chickpea salad and vegan mayo as well as their Mushroom Oat Groat soup. I only had a bite of Sandi's wrap but it was delicious and she seemed to love it. The soup I ordered had a really rich delicious mushroom depth about it, very tasty with lots of good veggie bits in there. The Mock Tuna was hearty, filling, very tasty .. and I appreciated that it came with chips and a piece of pineapple and apple. We had visited Mexico a couple of years ago. The vegan options we had while there, they were WAY more fresh and vibrant than what you typically regularly find here in the U.S.. Instead of using stock items like Impossible or Beyond (which I have nothing against, I love both products), the burgers are usually made from scratch using, beans, beets, whatever fresh ingredients you can imagine! The freshness of the ingredients really hits the palette in a big way! So, that was totally my experience at Black Dog today. Our lunch was fresh and vibrant and I left feeling full but not bloated or overwhelmed. On an aside, I appreciate the option to order half a sandwich, that's very helpful to keep gluttony at bay They regularly have all kinds of events there so I recommend checking out their page and plan visit for a fun event, amazing food, and delightful service.
