I've had dental work done in the past that's had to be redone, and have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences, even during routine cleanings. I've been so sore and in pain for days, unable to properly eat, from just a regular tooth cleaning - I used to dread those appointments. It was very simple to make an appointment online which was already a plus. This place is also about 10 minutes away which was also convenient. The front staff is nice, not rude or condescending like some other places. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in. I had X-rays done, and then the Dr came in and actually spent a good amount of time just getting to know me as a person. After looking at my X-rays and doing a quick exam, he gave me a simple treatment plan for one tooth. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned with Zareh the same day and he was really efficient and gentle - no pain or soreness afterwards at all. I'll be going for my treatment in a few weeks so I'm a little nervous but feeling optimistic. I'll have to update this review after treatment so hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Recently I had a 20 year root canal go bad and it was time for an extraction + implant. I had been super afraid of finding a proper dentist to do this procedure because I just could not trust dentists to not screw me over with pricing and procedures. I came to Shant at Dental Blvd through a recommendation and could not have had made a better decision. Shant was the 4th dentist I went to for inquiry about the extraction and implant, and not only did he quote me a price lower than anyone else I inquired, but Shant and the office staff me feel so welcome to be seeing a dentist lol. It felt like I was visiting a dentist who was in my family or something I ended up going through dental blvd for my extraction and implant. I got my molar extracted at the start of July and my implant is about to be finalized by the end of this year. Since then, I've come to Shant for a chipped incisor (front tooth) and filling replacement on a premolar. Let me tell you something else. My chipped incisor had been worked on by another dentist before, and that filling only lasted two months before it fell out. Shant not only repaired that dentist's work, he made it look flawless to the point where you would never know the tooth had been chipped in the first place. I don't think I can trust another dentist in my life anymore.

I had a very frustrating experience at 360 Dental, and I will never be returning…read more I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning, and once I arrived, they went over the costs and presented me with additional treatments that my insurance would not cover because they were considered not medically necessary. I made it very clear that I was willing to proceed with everything medically necessary for my dental health, but I did not want to pay out of pocket for additional treatments that I did not need. Instead of respecting my decision, they went back and forth with me for nearly an HOUR, repeatedly trying to convince me to agree to these additional treatments. It honestly felt more like a sales pitch than a dental appointment. I kept saying no, but they continued pressuring me instead of respecting my decision as a patient. When I decided not to proceed with the additional treatments, they told me they were going to charge me a $100 no-show fee, even though I physically showed up for my appointment. I did not miss my appointment. I showed up expecting a teeth cleaning and was willing to receive the necessary care. I simply did not agree to pay for additional treatments that I did not want. They later told me I would also need to pay a $100 security deposit just to schedule my next appointment. I find this ridiculous, especially considering that I showed up for my original appointment. What makes this experience even more concerning is that I compared their cost breakdown with another dental office that accepts the SAME insurance, and I was told that 360 Dental was charging significantly more and that some of the additional treatments were unnecessary. Since I was comparing the costs under the same insurance, this made me question why I was being quoted these charges and pressured so aggressively to agree to them in the first place. I have no problem paying for legitimate dental care that I actually need. My issue is being pressured for nearly an hour to accept additional treatments, having my decision disregarded, and then being threatened with a $100 no-show fee for an appointment I actually attended. Patients deserve transparency, honest explanations about recommended treatments, and the freedom to decline optional services without being pressured or penalized. I went in expecting a routine teeth cleaning, not an hour-long sales pitch followed by a threatened fee and a deposit requirement for future appointments. I will not be returning to 360 Dental. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and comparing treatment plans and costs with another dental office that accepts your insurance before agreeing to expensive procedures or additional services.

The staff at smile boutique are super friendly, and the interior is nice and spacious. But the best two things were the price and the quality. I don't know what their other services cost, but I do know what it costs normally to reattach a veneer. In Guadalajara, where I've had it done before a couple of times, I think it ran me in the neighborhood of $150 each trip. But I had to fly there, I had to pay for a hotel room, food, and transportation and everything else. In the past, I have been able to get my original Dentist, to reattach these pop offs for free, but he had told me the last time I went to see him that the future price would be 1250 to reattach one veneer.
