Excellent experience on all fronts. My mom is 94 years old and the staff treated her with a great deal of care and sensitivity, helping her out even in the bathroom, beyond the call of duty. The manager (Michelle) helped us find my mom's dental insurance which obviously helps enormously in the pocket. She is an ace. The dental care is also very good. These folks did a full round of xrays in minutes and the dentist (Dr. Idean) did a thorough review and prepared a comprehensive plan for my mom. I have had X-rays, fillers and root canal done here and most of it was covered by my medical, for some more extensive procedures they helped me applying for Care-Credit and got approved right the way on the spot. I love this dentists office!!! All the staff is so friendly and polite. Dr Idean is amazing and patient. I came in after a slip and fall and had to get 3 teeth removed. I was scared as I hate dentists. Now I go to my appointments smiling and laughing with all the staff. For financial questions ask for Jackie. To be honest all the girls are amazing!!! Affordable Dental is everything but their namesake. The billing team goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is as insufferable as possible by failing to keep up to date insurance fee schedules. I have spent over a week going between them and my insurance to double check whether the services they were billing me $1,800 for were covered, and it turns out that they were covered with just a $220 copay. That is a major discrepancy that would have flown completely under the radar had I not done my due diligence. After finally sorting out the fees, the billing representative, Sujey, instructed me to call the front desk to make the appointment for my deep cleaning. Upon doing so, I received an appointment date for mid-July. It is currently the end of March. There is absolutely no way that the first available appointment is four months away, especially since I was able to make my first appointment within a week. When the price was $1,800 they were available to do the procedure same day and now that it is heavily reduced they are booked. How ironic. I firmly believe that this office has intentionally made this process difficult based on their inability to make a hefty profit off of me. If you are looking for a fair and honest dentist, I recommend that you take your business elsewhere. read more

Got a crown done here. I didn't have insurance but i KNEW toothaches are nothing to ignore. +Plenty of parking After your formal x-rays and evaluations, the FIRST thing Dr. Idean asks you is... "Are you looking for any cosmetic work for your teeth?" Me being the inquisitive type, i asked why he asked me that and to elaborate. He explained, with much passion, that he expresses great satisfaction in "changing peoples lives for the better". Maybe not for me, specifically, because i had decent teeth. But he went into his experiences of the quality of life shifts he was able to provide, from someone who was shameful to smiling; gleaming with joy. You can tell he leaks this standard of PROFESSIONALISM into his staff. After some cavity removals, I was told the integrity of one of my back teeth would be comprimised and the next step would be crown work. He was NOT PUSHY. But he really laid out the best course of action and made me feel like he genuinely gave a sh*t about the wellness of a random customer. There was a dental assistant, named España, who was very considerate and caring while she was working on my teeth. Every step of the way, she made sure to warn me about any sensitivity or pain she might have to do. These are things that come from a thorough personality and is much appreciated. I have full faith that Affordable Dental will have my best interest in mind and will gladly come again. 10/10. I absolutely loathe going to the dentist. But! I have found the perfect place for my husband and I. Dr.Zack was very kind. I liked how he had a low tone and spoke slowly for me to understand everything. I don't like doctors that try to talk loud in order to discourage me from asking questions. It was like talking to my dad. Front desk girls are sweethearts. Jackie was very good at explaining what I needed to pay and how it can be done. She is very personable and so sweet. First of all the front staff is really nice. But the doctor I met not so much. I sent an inquiry to the website. I mentioned all the issue and detail. I got a call and made an appointment. The had me XRay and focus only my issue not whole mouth. I had an appointment at 1.00PM, I arrived at 12.40PM and Doctor came to see me at 1.50PM I explained the issue to the doctor again. The doctor only touch my jaw and refer me to TMJ. He did not check anything in my mouth/teeth. Only say the xray looks ok. It was less than 5 mins and then I was sent home. read more

People should really take more accountability when writing reviews, since it can really devastate others. This is 100 % not a 5 star dentistry, not even 1 star. They completely destroyed my ability to trust a dentist ever again. They were dismissive, shaming, rude and unprofessional. I have weak enamel, and am prone to cavities becuase of acidity in my saliva, they have no clue about anything here, they assumed I eat a lot of sugar. After a really clear and thoughtful consultation with Dr. Barzivand, I decided to switch and make this my main dental clinic. They even offered to start treatment the same day, but I came back the next day instead. Extremely disappointed and upset that I paid almost 5k for my Invisalign treatment and my teeth are still very crooked. Although I wasn't satisfied with the outcome, I was told to signed the (Finalized Treatment) document and the orthodontist would continue seeing me and fix whatever remaining teeth needed to be fixed. I have not heard from them at all in regards to a follow up. If I would have known this would have done minimal straightening I would have never paid almost 5K for the treatment. I've spoken to people that have gotten Invisalign treatments before and was told that their treatments took three years for their teeth too fully straightened. I was seen by this facility for almost 2 years. I feel that the reason why they wanted to cut the treatment short was because I had already finished paying the treatment. They were not expecting any further payments from me. I don't recommend getting Invisalign treatment done at this facility. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place. It is not affordable at all. Work is not done correctly and professional. I got a dental implant a couple of months ago and I am not happy with the way it turned out. I spoke to another dentist recently and they told me that they should've add bone graft into my dental implant, which I asked the dentist here at affordable dental before I got it done and he said I didn't need it. Anyways my dental implant does not look like it is done correctly. I have a gap and it looks gray in between the gums and not only that my implant cracked the very next day I got it placed. I am very dissatisfied with the procedure that was done here now I have to pay more money to get this problem fixed at another dentist thank you so much. read more

While the care here is fine. They often overcharge or incorrectly charge. I have more than one had to have them correct my bill for things that my insurance does cover. Even going as far as having to call my insurance in the office and have them speak to the front desk when they refuse to check my insurance. They also seem to not run on time, I have the first appointment of the day normally at 9am but I seem to never get called back until over 20-30 mins after my appointment time and people that are there after me are called back. If I wasn't locked into this office cause my preferred office was out of network I would never come back here. read more

Do not let the reviews fool you like they fooled me!!! I wasted a hour of my time without even getting the deep cleaning I came in for. I was taken immediately to get X-rays & then had the dr. come look at my teeth before my cleaning which is something I've never had happen before. As he was examining my teeth there was a sales lady hovering directly over me taking notes on everything I "needed" to get done. Afterwards I was taken into an office to get pricing on the recommended procedures just to be informed that they were trying to get in contact with my insurance. After questioning the amount of time I already spent waiting they offered to do a regular cleaning instead of the deep cleaning I scheduled which was nonsense after already wasting a hour of time & already providing my insurance days prior. I was told they'd get back to me the next day with the pricing & I have yet to hear back from them. Complete waste of my time, the Dr was nice though, I was willing to give them a chance to redeem themselves but I'll just look elsewhere. read more

Horrible place!! They took x rays and I was going to get a wisdom tooth removed they said ok we're set! Then they come back and tell me doctor wants a bone graft! Which wisdom tooth is never needed because wisdom doesn't belong there!! They tried to getting me approved to all these loans! As someone that's unemployed! And the. One graft was $670 unheard of! They wasted 1 hour of time for no reason.....nothing is affordable here...and I called them to see if they can just do it without it. Never called Me back!!! Unprofessional place. read more
