Well first of all I have to declare that I left my previous dentist because they charged me $600 for a cleaning by their house cleaning lady in a hazmat suit. I'm not kidding. Our previous dentist stopped taking our Kaiser plan, and we were looking for a new dentist. The new place was on the sell sell sell mindset. And parking was $12. We decided it was time to move on after two very uncomfortable visits. So we checked out your location and gave it a try. I can't stop complimenting you guys. I feel at home there. Everyone is friendly and kind. The two deep cleanings I've had there have felt and been thorough and from my first check in I have felt incredibly in good hands. Thoroughly professional. The staff is very nice and they communicate well. Wait times are a bit on the longer side compared to my current office. I had two routine cleanings and they were fine. The problem that I encountered after a couple of maintenance work on prior fillings. I told the dentist that my teeth were sensitive so I may need to be numbed up a bit more. I was given more shots, but I still felt sensitivity was way more compared to any other prior dentist that I had. One of the fillings actually broke off so I dreaded coming back. I had my initial visit on 4/27/26. The technician that helped with the X-rays, Anayeli was amazingly nice, patient and professional. Dentist came reviewed X-rays and had a great chat. Then as I was getting ready for my cleaning I was told the appointment was only for X-rays and had to return to get it done. This is the first dental office that has done that. I was given an appointment, and told verbally that it was for 10am the following Monday. I was able to make it because I had the day off. I came to the cleaning appointment, 5 minutes early. Signed I. And waited. 15 minutes after waiting and nobody saying anything I asked the receptionist about my appointment and told me it was for 10:30am. The receptionist had seen me there and didn't even offer to check if I could be seen earlier. Sat and waited 10:40am and nothing. I was tired waiting g and nobody took the time, receptionist yo apologize or give a way to be seen. I told her to cancel the appointment and receptionist just looked at me but didn't apologize or try to accommodate me just let me walked away. Shame because I had a good experience with the x-Ray technician and dentist but the front office lacks customer service and etiquette. read more

The last two visits I was given hygienists who were very young and inexperienced and spent about fifteen minutes trying to figure out what tools to use before making what should have been a basic cleaning long and painful and ineffective.
