I was in town last week for the International Film Festival opening. I decided to try Ambassador…read moreafter my TO friends raved (they use every time they are in town). I was picked up at the Fairmont Palliser Hotel, greeted by name, had my luggage taken from me, escorted to the door (opened of course). When I got in the Mercedes S Class was happy to know I could plug in my music with my iPhone, and also not have to worry about my phone dying. I toured around the city before I went to the event. While there is a lot of construction in downtown Calgary, the driver was superb at getting us through the mess. It was a blast arriving in style to the event. I grabbed a few of my co-workers that took a cab and we headed out to the mountains (I had booked this prior). The driver didn't mind a bit that I added a few to the tour (and I was happy they agreed to come). He was really knowledgable about the region but was also discreet only providing info when we asked so we could ooohhhh and ahhh when we wanted. I will be using Ambassador Limos soon - I come to Calgary a lot so this is my "go-to" place. Art.

Everything seemed fine until I opened my door and outside was some party van that looked like an Amazon truck. NO LIMO!!!! When I asked what the hell was going on I was informed that the limo was broken. So instead of sending me another stretch limo or a Hummer limo or truck limo they sent me a van!! I called the woman (apparently the daughter of the owner) and got told to basically pound sand. Sorry never even left her lips. I got attitude and was told it's my fault because I never checked my messages from a few hours ago when she was giving me the heads up!!! Say what!!?? Even if I had checked how the heck could I get another limo in only a couple hours. I also work nights and had very little time to do anything besides get ready before they arrived. But that's not her problem she said. And when I checked my missed calls there was none from this company. Only ProCom Cleaning Services. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I basically had my money stolen to ride some lame van to my party with my friends. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. For the record this company is the most expensive of all the companies I called! They just had a promo on so I went with them. So please dear lord do yourself a favor and go with another company. And here's just a stating list to help: A-1, AM/PM, Paramount, Ambassador, Quest, Thrive....any of these would be better!!!!! Don't make the same mistake I did!!!!!!!

Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their "rider driven" philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The next time that we are on holiday in Calgary, we know who we will contact for a tour.

He then sat in hotel lobby. We went into lobby to inquire about the driver and he never said a word. The driver never introduced himself. The driver blew through a stop sign.
