Came back after a very long time and a lot of things changed. They redecorated the place, and like its name it's like a white palace inside. However, food does not taste good anymore. Service was nice and they always came to check on us, but the food was not good at all. Everything tasted old and reheated in the microwave . read more

We enjoyed our first visit. Love the white atmosphere, the dim sum was great, staff were attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend checking this place out for dim sum cuz it was relaxing and NOT crowded on a wet Saturday 11am. The only thing is MAYBE the prices are higher a bit, HOWEVER, I think the less chaos and less wait for legit dim sum was worthwhile. Try them out and you decide. read more

I had my wedding on December 26, 2025 at White Palace 1 in Westminster, from the time signed a contract agreeing on the price and the food. It was very smooth. The staff was very accommodating in assisting with what I want. Thank you to Kevin who help us signed the contract and explaining about the menu we did have some changes in our menu. I chose a lobster salad, which was excellent and I also chose the lobster tails and switching a few dishes to the way I want it. Kevin was very helpful and accommodating to the menu I want. On the day with the wedding the set up was just like the way I wanted, which I was very happy about. Trieu is one of the manager there he was very nice and helpful and accommodate all my requests. It is a great place place if you choose to do birthday party, hiding or any special occasions I would recommend this place. Overall, for me is a five stars. Matter of fact, I am trying to book distance again for my birthday in July. read more

We would like to thanks Trieu and the staff for helping us have a wonderful party, delicious food, beautiful decoration, and professional service, I will continue to support them next time, and this is one of the restaurants I highly recommend for parties. read more

I visited a few wedding venues before discovering this place through a referral. The restaurant host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made a great first impression. The team genuinely helps you bring your wedding day together. The food was tasty, beautifully presented, and there is a spacious area to decorate for photos. read more

My niece had her quince here!. The decorations were so easy because the place is already beautiful. They had yummy Chinese foods like orange chicken, dim sum, beef broccoli, fried rice & oranges. The service was great and they worked hard to make help us. We haven't eaten the traditional meal here but if you are going to book an event, I recommend it. read more

Very disappointed with the dim sum selection and taste. First time at this restaurant and I should have known when there was only 2 people eating inside the entire restaurant. my favorite dim sum dish is tofu skin wrapped but I couldn't eat it because it was spoiled. Good portion size dim sums but they don't taste so good. Server was very nice. I will go back to seafood cove even if there is a long wait for good dim sums. read more

White Palace - Came here for Dim sum and the food was ok. - Dim Sum Near Me - Westminster, California

The food is below average. None of the food stood out and lacked flavors. The services were terrible, the waiters would ignored us. Meanwhile, the restaurant looks empty. Whenever, we ask for extra plates or refills on water/drinks/hot teas. Save yourself the troubles and find somewhere else to eat, it seems like nobody cares enough to work here. read more

When they grand open the dim sum was on par with seafood cove 2. However, things have gone down hill super fast. I came at 12pm on the Fourth of July. There were only 4 tables filled and the host was waiting at the door for people. I ordered, pork siu mai, shrimp dumpling, chicken feet, shrimp crab dumpling, and shrimp rice noodle roll. Pork siu mai was stinky. If you have ever prepared pork and smelled the blood you will know what I am talking about. Also, they replaced the fish roe on top with some green stuff. Shortcut? Shrimp dumpling was decent. Chicken feet were super mushy. Everything was falling off the bone already. Seems like this was kept in the steamer for a long time because no one was buying. For the shrimp rice noodle roll, it was mushy too! They over steamed it so it doesn't have that bouncy texture. It has more of a porridge texture. read more

White Palace has easily become my favorite dim sum spot! I don't eat pork so I'm able to order dim sum here since there is such a wide variety of choices that does not include pork! The service is super prompt and friendly! The interior of this place is very pristine and clean! They offered 10% off our bill which was a pleasant surprise! I really like their shrimp har gow! It is PACKED with shrimp and never rips or tears when you pick them up with chopsticks!! Which is super impressive to me! The hot tea they serve goes down so well! Overall it's just a great spot for a dim sum fix!! read more

I thought we were going to get dim sum this morning but instead we went to Hellish Palace. The food is sweet as molasses. It's as if they ran out of salt and said just add sugar no one will notice. Come here if you want to contract diabetes. The service was great if you don't mind people pushing you to order nasty ass good that clearly no one else wants to order. To top everything off the bathrooms are dirty and dusty and nasty. Please I implore you to NEVER come here unless you are looking to bring your worst enemy and want them to suffer at Hellish White Palace. read more

Still have not fully openned so cannot give a full review. With what they had, it was decent but not great. Some of the food was cold and had to send it back (banh bot chien). Chicken feet and tripe were good but on the sweet side. Only two ladies were working the carts and they were pushing hard on some items (banh cuon). Forgot about drinks. Again it's early but from what I've experienced and the countless number of other dim sum places, it's a hard argument to come back. read more

The portion here is great, they don't skimp, taste wise most are good but my favorite were easily the tripe, shrimp shumai, and pork ribs. Service isn't bad and price is decent. Parking is not hard to find if you go the lot nearby. Their regular entree looks promising too but we'll have to try it in the future read more

We will definitely come back, alternative for Seafood Cove 2. Parking was not bad. The service was excellent. They sat us down quickly, no wait time and in less than 5 minutes all the carts came. Ambiance was good. Food quality, Siomai 2/5 Fried Shrimp Wonton 5/5 Baked BBQ pork Bun 3/5 Pork Porridge 3/5 Shrimp Crab Dumpling 4/5 Lotus Lead Sticky Rice 4/5 Shrimp Cilantro Dumpling 4/5 Just a little expensive for dimsum tho. But overall, it's decent. read more

We booked this restaurant/banquet for a huge anniversary party with 50 tables. I had come to the restaurant 3 days before to speak to Tony about needing a table for charcuterie/appetizers for guests as they arrive. It's a lot of work and preparation that goes into a charcuterie table, especially for my friend (who is 5 months pregnant!!!). He was not accommodating whatsoever and even gave me a really hard time about it. Tony has a really bad attitude and speaks to you with a smirk on his face as if he is better than you. On the actual day, we were only given half of a table for appetizers with the excuse that they didn't have any tables left and that they needed the table for water and hot tea. I will definitely not be back and will not recommend this venue to anyone I know. Absolutely horrible customer service and the food was not great. Service was slow and food came out room temperature. Do not book this place for your wedding, anniversary, graduation, birthday, or any kind of event. No matter what business you're in, you know the phrase, "the customer is always right." And as a restaurant manager, you need to work harder to serve your customers and keep your business alive. read more

I thought the service was very good but the dim sum was very sweet and slightly tough. Currently it's still in soft opening phase so it's half a restaurant with white curtains. People still push carts. No menu other than carts. It would not be a place I would return to but I thought the service was enough to bring it up a star. Usually dim sum service is brusk but this place is a little kinder. read more

Been coming here for 30 years new name same great people same great food. Before called seafood world now white palace

Best place in town to get your dimsum fix. We've been going here for years. Love their service as well. Definitely recommended!!

This place was okay. It's understandable the service is slower on a busy Sunday, especially with Mother's day. However, half our party being underfed after an hour and half was disappointing - I will caveat we had a large party of ~25 people/4 tables. The restaurant seemed understaffed for such a busy day. While the shiu mai, fung zao, cheung fun, beancurd roll, xiao long bao, and spare ribs were alright, they weren't particularly memorable. The xiao long baos were probably the standout item. read more

looking for a place to eat out on christmas is actually kinda sad. like i kinda get sad going places on holidays like me the consumer is the reason why this place is open. but i read an article that said i shouldn't blame myself because it is obviously the greedy companies that are trying to make a profit and yeah they're right but i still feel bad for the workers. but we had a dim sum place in mind but it was like a two hour wait so we went to the og one that i used to always go to as a kid. but we were scared that since the name changed, it wouldn't be as good. but that was proven to be wrong! the waitresses/cart ladies were still the same. which makes me happy that they didn't replace the workers. like if it ain't broke then don't fix it. and it seems the new owners kept that same mentality cuz the food tasted exactly the same. my fears were quelched after eating here! the food is awesome and the workers are very nice. we got like chicken feet, tripe, football, all the usual stuff yk. overall really tasty! 5 stars! read more

White Palace - Dim Sum Near Me - Westminster, California

My dad want try out this place be at it was close by. It's next to US Bank with limited parking but sufficient on a Saturday afternoon. Nicely decorated for a wedding anyway the dim sum that we came away from disappointed us. As we sat down those ladies with carts pushed everything on to my kids and I so we accepted. We ordered a lot of items but I will list the items that have flaws. For starter, the shrimp hargow their shell was hard which I assumed it's been sitting around for a while and made it impossible to eat. Next the egg wrapped taro which tasted sour which we though it was spoil and we could finish it. Then came the xa xiu Banh bao which was on the cold side and was bland same as their dumpling soup. The foods that were edible were the chicken porridge, pork shumai, steamed Chinese broccoli, all their fried shrimp balls shrimp with tofu skin and the tripe which was on the sweeter side. The best thing was the pork fried dumplings which my kids liked. For dessert we had the sesame ball with lotus seeds. It was okay but too much of the shell to taste the lotus filling. The cart ladies were quick and attentive and refilled our hot tea. Overall, it's a nice set up but was on the expensive end for mediocre dimsum. read more
