This was probably the worst dealership I have ever visited in my over 30+ years of owing, riding, and traveling my Harley Davidson motorcycles. I not only have owned several Harley's over the years, I am also a stock holder as I admire this company that much. That said, we traveled through that area and needed some emergency service assistance. The self proclaimed "service manager" Meaghan Tyler was not only rude, she was outright nasty, under qualified, untruthful and much too brash to be considered for employment for a company that focuses on consumer satisfaction! I was embarrassed not only for the people I was traveling with but for the other employers who have to withstand her unprofessional, and downright nasty disposition. Harley Davidson should either pull the licensing of this so called "dealership" or at a minimum inform the owner/operators that there are plenty of qualified dignified individuals who would love to be employed by this company. read more
