POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I rented a set of "sport" skis/boots for 3 days. On day one I twisted my knee and had to be rescued by ski patrol...who were great BTW. Village Ski refused to refund any of my rental even tho they were getting the equipment back 2 days early. At $50/day that's $100 they refused to refund. I've returned equipt early elsewhere (Whiteface, for poor weather) and received refunds for unused days. Should've rented for one day and just kept extending the rental. I'll def look at renting elsewhere next time.
