I had put off hip replacement for YEARS, and finally got the right hip done 3 months ago. I can tell a big difference in my mobility and reduced pain. His office staff and nurses are kind, patient and ready to answer any questions you have. His post-surgical pain management protocol is comprehensive and kept me very comfortable, particularly in the first few weeks after surgery. Panhandle Surgical Hospital is also excellent - I was treated like "gold" before, during and after my surgery. My left total hip replacement is scheduled in September!

Dr. Crossnoe replaced my wives knee about 5 years ago and she has had great results so I decided to go back to him for my knee. It has been 120 days since Dr. Crossnoe replaced my right knee. I must say, the firs two months I endured quite a bit of pain and discomfort. However, for the past two to three weeks the pain has completely gone away. I still am experiencing some minor swelling and stiffness but am able to walk just fine. The knee is getting better every day. I cannot say enough about the care, and professional treatment I received from Dr. Crossnoe and his entire staff. They are very friendly and the wait time to see Dr. Crossnoe is minimal. If you are even thinking about having knee replacement, you owe it to yourself to see Dr. Crossnoe. He gave me great advice from the very beginning and was not pushy. "Ohh, the desk person didn't know ...", "Oops, the manager (who was no longer there) didn't communicate the financial agreement to the desk people or the doctors." , " The schedule forgot to schedule this with the correct doctor." There is a whole blame game going on. When the front desk keeps a pile of gas cards to "make up for your travel expenses and time spent (wasted)", there is a pattern of a big problem. Between "the blame game" and "bait and switch" tactics, BBB might be interested.

While at the doctor's office the dentist was welcoming us to the city of Amarillo and also was kind enough to point out some suggestions on great restaurants in the area. They've failed on two occasions within that last year to correctly confirm appointments (one time they claimed that my mom gave them an incorrect phone number), and just recently (~April 28th) failed to get back to my mother on test results after 10 calendar days; when we pressed them on the test results delay they responded that the results were negative and therefore it "wasn't critical or important enough" to respond more quickly.
