Vanessa asked lots of questions and was clearly extremely knowledgeable which immediately helped calm my nerves AND she was able to come out the same day! She arrived on time, was caring, professional and provided SO much more than just the much needed IV fluids. She did an examination, gave advice on medications to use in addition to the antibiotics she had gotten from a doctor earlier in the week, and in my opinion, gave a much more thorough explanation of what all was going on with her body and immune system. La primera vez que quise hacerme el examen físico, me dijeron que no podía porque tenía el apellido de mi esposo en los documentos pero no en las identificaciones. Me dijeron que regresara con el certificado de matrimonio original. Aunque había perdido tiempo y gasolina, entendí su posición. Esta vez, sin embargo, me dijeron que no podía hacerme el examen NI SIQUIERA CON el certificado de matrimonio porque tenía que usar lo que estaba en mi licencia. Dijeron que solo tenía mi apellido de soltera en el certificado de matrimonio como si alguien en la historia de la humanidad se hubiera casado CON su nombre ya cambiado. La estupidez es simplemente asombrosa. Luego me dijeron que tendría que esperar el último decreto final del Dr. Uy sobre el asunto y que tendría que esperar una hora y media. Sin mencionar la actitud que tuvo la recepcionista durante el intercambio; debería haberme ido en ese momento. Cuando volví después de una hora y media, el buen doctor todavía no había regresado. Uno se pregunta por qué no llamaron al gerente hace una hora y media, pero supongo que el sentido común no es algo que abunde en este establecimiento. Cuando todo estuvo dicho y hecho y había esperado cerca de 2 horas y 15 minutos, me llevaron y me pusieron en una habitación donde se realizarían mis análisis de laboratorio. Después de que me pincharan un total de 6 veces con 3 personas diferentes, todavía no había sangre. Decidí pedir un reembolso. Un día completo perdido cuando tuve que tomarme un día libre por motivos personales. No puede tener un personal que no esté bien informado, sea grosero E ineficiente. Como mínimo, elija dos de tres. Le recomendaría que, si esta no parece una experiencia que le gustaría tener, vaya a otro lugar. Ahorre tiempo y dinero.
