He takes time to listen and isn't judgmental or dismissive. He's very understanding and isn't quick to prescribe drugs. He accepts alternative treatments and will research rather than quickly try to get you on a drug. He makes sure that IF I need a medication it won't interact with what I already take. I really like that. I trust him completely with my health. I honestly feel like he cares about me and my health. I also like that he takes the time to explain everything so I won't have anxiety or stress over an issue. His staff are very sweet and attentive. They are polite and very caring. He spent over half an hour with me discussing my medical history in great detail, making sensible and well-informed suggestions, patiently explaining medical terminology in my records, and answering my questions without being condescending in any way. I came 15 min earlier than what they told me. I am on anxiety. Meds and she would not refill them. I got to the office and she would not see me. She is a coward and does not care about all of her patients. The letter said she would see me forv30 days til I find a new dr. She did not. It is irresponsible to prescribe anxiety meds and then just nake a patient go cold turkey. I would not take my dog to see Cindy Hutson.

They've failed on two occasions within that last year to correctly confirm appointments (one time they claimed that my mom gave them an incorrect phone number), and just recently (~April 28th) failed to get back to my mother on test results after 10 calendar days; when we pressed them on the test results delay they responded that the results were negative and therefore it "wasn't critical or important enough" to respond more quickly.

His most recent experience was very awful and He felt like He was discriminated by one of the nurses. This particular nurse assumed that just because his last visit with them was a few years ago, that He would have serious health complications. Furthermore, He felt belittled by her when, what felt like a lecture, she said that He should have come in every year to see the doctor and asked why He hadn't been in. When she asked him what medications He was taking, she assumed hid dosage was extremely high (as she assumed that He hadn't been seen by a doctor for the past few years). She blatantly asked if hid dosage was 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg when in fact had been dosage 10mg. Again, she began ASSUMING things about him just because there was no record of visits that He had his the doctor in another state. Very unprofessional mannerism from this nurse. As his daughter whom have been working in the healthcare for over a decade and working alongside patients, you do not treat patients like that and you never assume!
