Mostly, with the nurses, and some of the NP's (Christy and Jane), seeming a little disconnected and uncaring. As far as the other NP's, Shalea, and the newest one (can't remember her name), are extremely wonderful. Overall, the practice as a whole (and Dr. Medford) are worth it!

They told me they take the insurance my ex husband had our daughter under, gave them the insurance card and was told yes that's fine, only to later be charged over $800 for her checkup because apparently they don't accept the specific plan we had! After MONTHS of getting the runaround from them saying it's the insurance saying they won't cover because they have the wrong DOB for her and the insurance then saying it's the Dr. office saying they don't accept that plan. They finally got on the same page and said neither of them were covering it. So I tell them I'm coming in the next day for my daughters checkup and I will be needing a copy of the bill to show to a lawyer and to pay it, well the terrible woman immediately sent the bill to collections and CANCELED my daughter's appointment without even telling me! Then refused medical service when we showed for her appointment and did not have her history and payment history available like I had asked for the day prior. Glenda Clark should be fired ASAP and should be ashamed of herself for denying medical care to a child because they didn't feel like doing their do diligence.

Worst. Doctor. EVER…read more I was shocked at first at the contempt with which Dr. White's own staff treats him. But then they called me back for my appointment, which began with a convoluted diatribe about what's wrong with the American economy and middle management. Why? I have no idea. As I was trying to leave, the good doctor directed me to the pharmacy and then launched into a rant about "running a charity practice" because my worker's comp claim would "probably never go through" and how it's people like me bankrupting his practice. As soon as I informed him that my injury was work-related he talked about how it wouldn't matter whether or not I got better, since that was the case, and how he'd just "take a look and make up whatever he thought would be best." This was all basic insult added to the injury of my exam: Why would Dr. White need to put his hands up my shirt to examine a wrist injury? Let alone without asking or warning me first? I was mortified. All in all, a terrifying and disturbing experience. I have never been treated in such a way by any professional. This man should not be allowed to practice medicine. I feel sorry for everyone working in this office; the other employees seem skittish, bitter and vicious, and I don't blame them. I can imagine that working there must feel something akin to going down in flames on a sinking ship, and I would personally be terrified for my ability to support myself at every turn. It's only a matter of time before this practice closes. Beware.

Dr.White is what I think of as "Old School" and I LOVE that in him. Both of them were snap chatting and cutting up instead of doing their jobs. When I finally got to see someone they didn't take a thorough patient assessment which resulted in an incorrect documentation of my accident and a insurance conflict. I had to leave and go see a different doctor. Unless you are a rich sports injury they don't care.
