If she is not running a fever, the nurse discourage me from bringing her in. Twice I have had to request an appointment against the wishes advice of the nurse. Both times Dr Walsh has examined her an explained that she was a very sick baby. Additionally, the appointments are scheduled early in the morning. I drive 90 miles because my town does not have a pediatrician. That doesn't matter to the office staff. I am expected to be at their office, usually within 2 hours of my call. So, I have learned to get in the car and start driving, then hope that there is an available appointment. Then, when I arrive I always have at least a 30 minute wait after my schedule d appointment. My time is not respected. However, I called in because I was stuck on the 2 lane highway behind slow moving traffic. I explained that I would be late. I was told not to be more than 15 minutes late. I arrived at exactly 15 minutes after my appointment, and my appointment was cancelled. The office staff on the phone was rude and inconsiderate when I called, and were rude and inconsiderate when I arrived. I have tried twice to change pediatricians because of this. Both times I was rejected by the new doctors because they were in the same medical group. Dr Walsh will give you a very good five minutes of time with your sick child, but is it worth it?

An absolutely terrible excuse for a Dr. Office! Do NOT take your children here. Always had to wait…read more30min-1hr before being seen. They told me they take the insurance my ex husband had our daughter under, gave them the insurance card and was told yes that's fine, only to later be charged over $800 for her checkup because apparently they don't accept the specific plan we had! After MONTHS of getting the runaround from them saying it's the insurance saying they won't cover because they have the wrong DOB for her and the insurance then saying it's the Dr. office saying they don't accept that plan. They finally got on the same page and said neither of them were covering it. So I tell them I'm coming in the next day for my daughters checkup and I will be needing a copy of the bill to show to a lawyer and to pay it, well the terrible woman immediately sent the bill to collections and CANCELED my daughter's appointment without even telling me! Then refused medical service when we showed for her appointment and did not have her history and payment history available like I had asked for the day prior. Glenda Clark should be fired ASAP and should be ashamed of herself for denying medical care to a child because they didn't feel like doing their do diligence.

She is the Best! Our children are so lucky to have her as a Dr. Her and her staff are very caring.read more
