I am unable to stand up straight after 7 months. I have pain in my my rt. hip that runs to my knee and down to my shin and foot. Dr Lee has referred me to a hip orthopedic doctor. I'm pretty sure it's my sciatic nerve. But I am going to see a hip orthopedic doctor. I am unable to walk stand up and in severe pain. He ordered three and two MRIs, which no one has ever gone over with me. Dr. Lee said everything I can doesn't sound good in two years. I only spoke with Dr. gentry the surgeon one time the morning of my last surgery, which he was going to revise my lumbar spine And fuse my thoracic. He came into my room and said he looked at the MRIs and and said he couldn't do the surgery he was planning. Did he not look at the MRIs and prior to my surgery? I would think that he would prepare better since it was going to be such a big I am very frustrated when I office is hateful. They never smile or say hello when you come in, I don't think Dr. Lee and Dr. gentry are on the same page with my issues they give you no time to ask questions you can barely get in to see Dr. gentry I have also had four fusions of my neck. My neck is completely fused now and still have issues their ability to help. You understand what your surgical issues are now they want to fuse my thoracic. This is ridiculous. I have never paid so much and got so little of attention From the doctors And The nurses that work in this office. I am at loss what to do my quality of life at 63 is not good and I'm not for sure what I should do. If you don't have time to see patients maybe you shouldn't see so many maybe the people who need your attention could get your attention after a total of eight surgeries. I feel like I have been very neglected not a happy patient.

This office does not do exploratory search non-invasive. No laparoscopy and will give up on you unless you take his surgical ideas. Great staff poor doctor. He treats veterans as if we're second-class citizens only accepts two veterans every 3 months. Subsided Branch blocks because he felt uncomfortable because they weren't working correctly. This guy has no idea what he is doing sorry to say! I bet his dad was a great surgeon that didn't pass on to his son!

I pushed back when I did not want to pay $100 for a urine test and stated I would NOT be taking drugs - I just wanted a non-drug neck pain option. That first visit I waited 25 minutes past my appointed time and had to leave because I WORK and had to get back for a conference call. I rescheduled and that visit they took me back on time and they put me in 1 exam room and then "moved me to a nicer room" for no apparent reason. After waiting almost AN HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME and asking the staff about it (including the doctor who said I could reschedule and I said I already HAD rescheduled my appointment and this was it), I was told I was next but another patient was put in front of me although I had specifically asked for the earliest appointment and was given the SECOND SLOT, ANOTHER PATIENT WAS PUT IN FRONT OF ME ANYWAY. I am not letting people who play games like that touch me. I am getting care in Dallas now instead. I am finding that medical care in Amarillo really SUCKS!!!! Talking to locals they say the same thing.
