I had my carpet cleaned the other day. Jorge did an excellent job! I am very pleased!

Our carpets were very, very dirty and smelled like our two dogs so Jorge came to the rescue and did an amazing job with getting them cleaned and deodorized. Thank you Rocco for providing us with Jorge for getting them cleaned! Nice guy and I enjoyed visiting with him as usual! Linda read more

This is the second time I've used White Knight to clean my carpets (over 1,500 sq. ft) and they did a great job!! It was nice to see Jorge again after 2 + years...it means a lot when folks like their jobs. If someone wants a picture or two, just let Rocco know and I'll send them thru him. All the best if you use them....you won't be disappointed....vg read more

Another great experience with White Knight! They got out water stains from a roof leak around a fireplace and the spot where I messed up with watering some plants this winter. Thankfully, I don't have to replace carpet yet! read more

Rocco did an excellent job cleaning and stretching our family room carpet which was badly stained. He also cleaned the stairs to our rec room. Very happy with the result. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend White Knight. read more

Rocco did an amazing job! He was punctual, accommodating, paid attention to detail and clearly takes pride in his work! Would definitely recommend and use his services again! read more

Our experience was just okay. Cleaner spent zero time pre-treating. Our small end tables and nightstands weren't moved. We had asked for our loveseat and large coffee table to be moved-it wasn't. The cleaner seemed a little grumpy and tired, I can't blame him for that as a crew of one. The cleaner left black scuff marks on our white stair treads from the carpet cleaning hose. Originally I considered getting my dining room chairs cleaned too, but not anymore. It was easy to schedule the appointment online, and the cleaner showed up-so those were both positives. Spoke to the owner about the issues and he said they could return in a few weeks to spot-clean under the furniture that wasn't moved-that was his only "resolution", no thanks. read more

First time I hired White Knight but not the last. Jorge was one time and provided great service and very kind. I felt the pricing was reasonabl. I had a cream colored chair cleaned when finished it looked brand new. I will definitely hire them again. read more

Rocco was amazing to work with. Very responsive - and quick to set up an appointment. When he realized we had more of an issue with an area rug, he took it back to his shop to work on (for a reasonable fee). Our couch looks great (just have to keep the dog off it!). Highly recommend. read more

Arrived on time, excellent results and price was just as expected. You don't find that with a lot of vendors. Highly recommend!

Rocco and Jorge were great to work with. Great communication, very flexible as I needed to reschedule twice due to an illness. Very professional. The results are exactly what we had hoped for our sectional. I would definitely use White Knight Steamer again for cleaning needs. read more

2nd time using White Knight. They did a great job. Professional, efficient as well as knowledgeable. Rocco pointed out some piling of fabric on our couch. He followed up with a text to a link on Amazon for a tool that he recommended that will help remove those annoying little fabric balls/'pebbles'. Will definitely use again. read more

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value In 50 years of getting carpets, rugs, and upholstery cleaned WE'VE NEVER HAD BETTER, MORE RESPONSIVE, BETTER QUALITY, OR GREATER VALUE SERVICE. Since we've been in Charlotte we've used big name providers who provided just adequate service. Our neighbor has used White Knight for over a decade and strongly recommended them. We are DELIGHTED: carpet and rug cleaning, sanitization, Scotch Guarding, patio furniture cushions, a bubble in one bedroom carpet re-stretched, and follow-up for total satisfaction. Jorge and Rocco know what they're doing, do it tirelessly and perfectly, and have competitive prices that are the best value-for-price we've ever experienced. We'll see them again, for sure. Thank you, White Knight! Services: Area rug cleaning, Carpet steam cleaning, Upholstery cleaning read more

White Knight Steamer was a Godsend! We had a serious cleaning problem in our home due to the illness of a cancer patient undergoing chemo. The carpet and an upholstered chair was stained with vomit and human feces/urine. Rocco came in and completely sanitized the whole area and made it like new. No odor, no stain. The best part is that Rocco showed up only a few hours after I called him. The price was also very reasonable. If they can deal with these extreme issues, they can certainly handle your everyday carpet and upholstery problems! read more

I have used White Night Steamer for 5 years now and I can truthfully say they are the best. They have gotten stains out of carpet that have been there for years! They don't stop til they ARE GONE! George, one of his cleaners , does a remarkable job! You cannot go wrong when using them ! They WILL GET YOUR CARPET AND FURNITURE CLEAN! I guarantee it! read more

I called Rocco to clean an area rug in my great room and the tile and grout in my master bath. He returned my call right away and was able to provide service within a couple of days. He came in, gave me the quote and went right to work. My bathroom tile looks like new; bright and white. The tile is the original tile and when I bought my house I thought it was more on the gray side. LOL Rocco is very professional and personable. I had used him a few years ago and will definitely use him again. He will be my go-to for any floor cleaning. read more

another great job don by White Knight Steamer. Jorge is always pleasant and on time. and easy to schedule appointments.you won't be disappointed read more

Couldn't be happier. I got service next day after initial inquiry. Which was so exciting. We moved everything we could for carpet cleaning and bath grout clean. Technician put protectors on bottom of remaining furniture and cleaned entire carpet. The clean smell was fantastic. We have two large dogs so the carpet was very dirty. It is super clean, bright and fresh and the grout has all the orange NC dirt removed. We also had two club chairs and ottoman cleaned. All the orange dirt was removed and they look like new! We will be using White Knight again and definitely recommend! read more

We had our sofa and love seat cleaned yesterday by White Knight Steamer Professionals and the results were amazing. Our technician (Jorge) was on time and very considerate of our space. He was extremely thorough in checking with us as to any areas we were particularly concerned with. Jorge worked quickly and got the job done, leaving our furniture looking so much better! He had us inspect everything to see if there was anything else we thought needed doing and he also told us to call them if we were not completely satisfied with the results after everything had dried. The company also reached out to us this morning, checking to see if we had any concerns or questions. This was top notch service from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The price was extremely reasonable and we feel that we received excellent value for our dollar. We will definitely use them again when we require cleaning of our area rugs or other furniture. read more

Very pleased! From the initial phone call, estimate, email the day before with tips on preparation, day of cleaning communication arriving when scheduled and professionalism of technician were all first rate. The carpet on the stairway and hall were given a bit of extra attention and all rooms looked great, were reasonable dry and smelled nice with the free sanitizer. There was none of the you need this, moving that is an up charge, we quoted X but room was bigger, needed spot care or any of the other add on stuff experienced with the yellow trucks and others. Will definitely use WK again and probably a little more often. read more

White Knight just finished carpet cleaning at my house. Jorge did a fantastic job! He did a pre-clean that removed all of my dog's hair. Jorge was professional and friendly. My doggy had some accidents in the hallway and bedroom. After cleaning, the stains were gone! He cleaned my family room, couch and a bedroom. I cannot be happier with the results. All of this was done for reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again. read more

As a parent to multiple dogs my carpets get pretty gross really fast! After having the carpets replaced a year ago I was starting to notice several stains that weren't coming up with my regular stain cleaner and elbow grease, so I looked up a trusty cleaning service on Yelp. White Knight had INCREDIBLE reviews, so I bit the bullet and had Rocco come out to clean our rooms this past week. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE! Rocco was on time and friendly, the cleaning was super fast and extremely effective. Their prices are good, and they have regular specials. I plan on scheduling with him every 9-12 months to make sure things stay in tip-top shape. If you've been putting off a steam cleaning service, don't! Hire White Knight and you won't regret it! read more

What a great job that white knight did on our carpets. Rocco was very professional in his work, explaining what he did. Took under 2 hours for a 3 bedroom townhome. Price was exactly what we were quoted. Highly recommend this company!! read more

Professional to say the least. Rocco will not only do a great job at cleaning your carpet; he will teach you a bit about it, He will give you care tips and explain the positives and negatives of your carpet. He never tried to up-sell me anything. He said my carpet is in great condition for a 10 YO carpet. He has been servicing the CLT area for over 20 years, and the NY area before that. I highly recommend him. Will def hire in the future as needed read more

The carpet cleaning Rocco did was OK. It was nothing more or less than any other service can do. I'd give him 3 stars on that. However, he damaged a brand new item in our house and when confronted, he lied. He claimed that the damage I showed him was "old damage" and had "been there a while". He could not have known that the item had been installed, new, less than 24 hours prior to his damaging it. He was the only person to be near the item during that period. To give him the benefit of the doubt it is possible he is just sloppy and did not realize that his carelessness caused damage. The other possibility is that he knows he caused the damaged and he deliberately lied about it and accused me of lying. Take your pick of either of the above scenarios, I would never allow this man to work for me again. read more

I could not be more pleased with the work of White Knight on my carpets. Very easy to book an appointment on their website. They had plenty of near-term availability, so I knew I could get the job done quickly. Received clear email confirmation with date, time, and helpful instructions to ensure I was well prepared for their arrival. They actually arrived early, and I received a text in advance to alert me to the tweak in scheduling. My service provider was kind and professional. He clearly explained the pricing prior to commencing the work, and took payment on the spot. He completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. The results were great. Parts of my carpet looked beat up and had stains that were several years old. But after the steam cleaning, they literally looked brand new again. Very reasonable pricing. Money well spent. Many thanks read more

We hired Rocco's team to try to remove some pretty extensive pen stains from our beige couch (thanks to our 2 year old Picasso). we had tried everything to no avail and even Rocco couldn't guarantee perfect results over the phone. but they are truly miracle workers - every pen mark is gone and our couch looks new again! not to mention the customer service was second to none. Rocco was incredibly responsive, had someone out the next day, and sent a follow up note to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Jorge who came to do the job was on time, polite and clearly knows his craft. We'll definitely use Rocco and his team again! read more
