When I first went with Andrea's she was quite good. She actually came and cleaned and her people…read morecleaned when she was here. Then, slowly, Andrea stopped coming, stopped supervising and the person who "took over" could not have cared at all about whether a good job was being done. The house was getting dirtier by the week. Then - it became a rolling stop for different people every week. They didn't do what I wanted, spoke no English, and my house was still dirty. I had had a deep cleaning before Andrea started and I wanted the house to stay to that standard (baseboards, dusting, sweeping, washing the floors). Well - that never happened. Had to quit using her - the people didn't clean and when I specifically asked for a special cleaning - she never told her people. Very disappointing. I do not recommend unless you speak fluent Spanish and can get her people to actually clean.
