Starting with the demolition, the workers for Avanti Tile and Stone were courteous, efficient, and skillful. They prepped the adjacent areas to keep them clean. There was no need for me to clean up after them. I watched every step of the operation from beginning to end, not because I needed to, but because I was astounded at the craftsmanship and attention to detail of the installers. From the layout of the tile on the walls and floor, I watched the installer work as if the job were his own house. They were at my home when they said they would be, punctual, and professional. At the end of each day, the room and driveway (where they cut the tile) were clean. Hector and Janeth are very easy to work with. Their expertise will help you make the tough decisions. More importantly, they are very reasonable. I did shop around, and I am certain that you will not find a more qualified company to do your granite and tile work. I wanted them to run the entire operation, and their selections for the plumber and the frameless glass enclosure were excellent. Each contractor called to confirm arrival times and both sub contractors were professional and efficient. My wife and I marvel at the beauty of our new spa-like bathroom. After all, we wanted a beautiful transformation, and we got it. Don't bother to look anywhere else!

So why advise me that you could assist in the first place?? You could've advised me from day 1 the project was too small for your company! Next time communicate with prospect customers and be up front, as this is not the way to do business! Regardless, thank you for the sample tile! After installation was complete he returned to inspect everything and went above and beyond to ensure our home was clean and in order to our satisfaction. David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors.
