I'm not sharing anything that's different than others. I end my contract and now suddenly they have decided to include all these additional bi-monthly charges I hadn't been known were needed to be paid. Apparently, my warranty visits were being coded as additional bi-monthly visits and I was getting charged for them. There is no where on the portal that indicates additional charges. You only find this out when you end your contract which is convenient. Very sketchy and bad business. It's a shame. I would have left a great review otherwise but I've never been so blind sided by a company before when ending my contract. I've been a good customer and always paid my monthly amounts. They'll say they docked some of the charges. Well, yeah you should remove all of them. It's all your error. This is a bold face lie, I have been a customer for nearly 4 years, it's evident this company is a scam just looking at the reviews here and if any customer was smart, call the Better Business Bureau, they told me White Knight has nearly 600 filed complaints against them! They have an F rating on better business bureau with 423 complaints. I stopped my contract before it even started and they still charged me $300. $300 I was happy to pay because the charges would have gotten much worse and the times on hold (each time 30 minutes) would have gotten much worse too. I'm fortunate to have gotten out before it got bad, but trust me that they will get your card number and continue to charge your card regardless if services are rendered. If you change your card or refuse to pay, they will add admin charges and transfer you to collections where they will serve you, take you to court, most likely get a default judgment, and then attempt to garnish your wages until their made up fees and attorney costs are paid. I was a long-term customer on a bi-monthly service plan. Over the years, White Knight sometimes performed additional visits beyond the standard cadence. I was never informed that those extra visits were billable, never invoiced separately for them, and never notified of any unpaid balance. On August 8, 2025, I canceled my account. During that call, White Knight issued a $0.00 balance statement, indicating the account was fully reconciled. Only after cancellation did White Knight conduct a manual review and assert that additional payments were owed. Multiple contradictory balances were later issued, none of which had appeared in any invoice or account statement prior to cancellation. In their published BBB responses, White Knight stated that the $0.00 balance "reflected only the automatically generated invoices at that specific moment," and that the balance was recalculated after the account was closed through a verification process. At no point prior to cancellation did any invoice, statement, or portal record indicate that payments were missing or pending. The need to recalculate the balance only after the account was closed confirms that the charges did not exist in any contemporaneous, customer-facing billing record. Just typing out what I will be sending to the Better Business Bureau shortly. I signed an agreement for every 8 weeks and they came every 6 because of some internal policy, meaning over the course of time they snuck extra treatments in. I gave them my gate code repeatedly and they stored it in the wrong place in my account so no one ever serviced the backyard if I wasn't home. I told them I had a rat and the guy said he'd take care of it but did nothing. The termite monitors they placed were never checked and rotted out and broke without being replaced. I called to cancel and requested a refund for a treatment or two due to lack of fulfilling their service commitment and for the fraudulent 6 week service cadence. They said they would give me two treatments free but asked that if they turned things around that I would commit to stay on for two treatments after that. I never signed anything or was provided any written terms for what turned out to be a "coupon." My signed agreement still said month to month. Service did not improve and they were unresponsive to communications requesting reservice. So I canceled via text. I was sent multiple attempts to connect via phone but declined due to not needing to be argued with by their retention team. They sent me form emails, one of which stated if they didn't get in contact "any balance due could be sent to collections." The last invoice I had from them from May stated no discounts and paid in full with a $0 balance. As soon as I canceled they sent me to collections for $300 without ever sending me an invoice stating I had any amount due. They state the person canceling the account should have sent me an invoice but they did not. When asked why it was sent immediately to collections they cited the first "free" treatment was beyond their 120 day threshold and they removed the coupon making that treatment overdue, but never informed me I had a balance. When I called their "customer advocate" said my only option was to pay the two "free" treatments AND the treatment they had auto scheduled before I canceled because it was within 30 days of the appt despite them never performing the service. Absolutely unethical company who I have paid off to ward off their collections thugs and not have to deal with them anymore. Stay away. read more

The salesman is a liar. This company did not honor my contract. The customer service was lacking any sort of empathy I let the customers know that they killed my pet spider even though the sales person promised they wouldn't kill any spiders or locusts. They didn't kill them with chemicals they squished them. They also wouldn't spray for fleas, even though I requested it twice. I had to hire an outside company. Lisa and the customer service department is a 55-year-old miserable human her managers Marissa Alicia also unbearable. The sales rep came to our door and I was not feeling well. My wife answered the door and he was so pushy that she eventually let him in to come to talk to me. He promised us that his company would treat inside and outside of our home and would install termite bait stations. He scheduled our first treatment to be the next day between 4-6 and told us that the initial treatment was normally $209.00 but he would do it for $1.00. We were not home at 12 when the guy showed up to do the treatment. I received an email stating that he had already come so I called the company to let them know we weren't there at the time but our Ring doorbell showed that he was here a total of 8 minutes. I told them that I wanted to cancel the service because they didn't impress me from the get-go. They said that they would have to call me back. After waiting a day and not hearing back from them I called them again and talked to the "cancellation" department. That lady tried to get me to stay with them but i refused. She then went on to say that I would have to pay the $208.00 for the first treatment to which I told her that that would not happen. Don't walk away from this company....RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! HORRIBLE THEY R THE TRUE PEST ----New to tx had for about 1+++ years they scheduled people to your house without getting conformation first. REQUESTED A RESPRAY AND THEY CAME AT 8pm at night. What snake oil salesmen these guys are. they will refuse to cancel your service unless you call them multiple times to cancel. THEN when you are finally allowed cancel you will continually receive "promotions" to try and get you back into their mandibles even when you unsubscribe or block the number, they will use a new number. They say one price to pitch you the sell and then charge you something completely different once you sign up, and they give you the welcome to the company and tell them you want to cancel and want to charge you $400 to cancel. We messaged back via their text message that we wanted to end service. That was not adequate for the company. Horrible customer service. Every time I call them the customer service rep doesn't seem to be able to do anything, they always connect me to some "customer advocate" but they never answer. First couple times I called them, the customer advocate did not pick up so the customer service rep put a note on the account. I missed their call back so I called them back only to find out that the account was already cancelled and I was charged $300 for the discounts applied when I opened the account, which was never mentioned by anyone. I told the customer service rep that I wanted to reinstate and continue service until the contract (just one more appointment) was over so I won't get charged for the discounts. I was finally able to connect to a "customer advocate" and I told them I wanted to cancel the account after the last appointment, but all they said was "it is customer's responsibility to cancel account." When I told them they were not doing their responsibility by not picking up the phone, the service advocate said "We give you a call back within a week." Are we supposed to keep checking the phone for a week just for their callback? Please do not use this company, they will scam you. read more

Paid for routine service for over 3 years. When there was a problem, they were ineffective at addressing despite "reservicing" multiple times. Finally offered to let me pay more for another service, that wouldn't address the issue. The service that would address the issue requires and additional "inspection" and then rescheduling the technician--this was more than a month into the issue.
