Hours before real estate brokers were supposed to come to an open house, I found that our brand new front door lock was not only broken but I was unable to open the door at all! I called White Eagle. Sam showed up in 15 minutes, fixed it within 20 minutes and charged a very reasonable price. The lock now functions as specified. A thousand thank yous to White Eagle for its swiftness and professionalism. read more

I cannot say enough about Sam the White Eagle Locksmith. We just moved into a new home that seriously had the worst locks ever. I'm pretty sure I could have popped those things open with a credit card and a bobby pin after watching a few James Bond movies. I wanted some new decent locks on the place because I was pretty sure we would get robbed if we left those things on. I called Sam and he answered immediately and gave me the low down on the range of locks from medium security to high security and everything in between. He then came out to the house and I dragged him around the house and started pointing out every door and gate that I felt was a weak entry point into the home and he had a solution for everything - a coded gate in the front, keyed locks for the sliding door, new locks on the garage, the front door, back door, everything I could name he had an answer. Sam was super patient with me and showed me all of my options. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and didn't even roll his eyes when I asked stupid questions. Sam then returned on time the next day with the 6 locks we ordered and started installing things. He was having problems with our front door because it is apparently 200 years old so he had to leave and go to the hardware store and come back, but did it all with a smile. And then, after all of that, one of the locks from the manufacturer was defective, so he had to leave and come back yet again. He was back two days later, again on time. He even called ahead to make sure we knew he was coming. He worked on the locks, showed us how to work everything, how to set up codes on the gates, how to make sure we don't lock ourselves out (because I do that, though I have him on speed dial so maybe he could get me into the house). Sam also kindly took a look at the doors we have inside the house because we were having some trouble changing the knobs. It seems these doors were built in like 1653 or something because the normal doorknobs you buy at Home Depot didn't even fit in them. So Sam came back yet a 4th day and drilled new holes in our bedroom doors and replaced those knobs as well for a very reasonable fee. Every time I called or texted Sam he answered within seconds. He is not only reliable but very friendly and personable. I honestly couldn't give a higher recommendation. We have been working with many people since we bought this home (painters, handymen, electricians, etc.) and he has been by far the most competent and most pleasant person to work with. His rates are totally reasonable and he came to our house literally 4 times, each time doing great work and very professional. read more

Sam is the best! He arrived promptly on time which was particularly important to me that day. Easy going and professional, he completed the work within the time promised. I had received one other quote prior, but Sam offered a lower price. He also did not try to force a hard sale, but was happy to offer information and advice when I presented questions. Couldn't have been a smoother experience,.. In fact we will be calling him again soon for a high security deadbolt to replace a very old one. Just have to pay off Christmas and the new alarm first. When you inquire about the cost of the best locks for your home, while they come at a higher price, it's only the protection and safety of your family in consideration! Whatever the reason you need a locksmith, call Sam,.. You'll be glad you did. To Sam; Thanks again, we will be seeing you again soon. read more

When we moved into our new home, only one of the keys we were given worked- and for only one of the many different locks! Fortunately White Eagle was able to come out the very next day. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and so friendly! He not only rekeyed the different doors to work with one key, but he used quite a bit of cleverness and a great eye for aesthetics while getting it done. I'm so glad I called him, but given all of his positive reviews, it was an easy decision. read more

The front door of my townhouse would not open, so I called White Eagle Locksmith. I made an appointment for the next day. Sam came on time the next day and was very knowledgeable on all kinds of locks. He took apart the latch style door knob and told me that the lock had broken and that these locks are no longer made. He provided me with an option to replace it with a door knob that would work better and even went all the way back to his shop to get the metal type that would match the dead lock on my door. I highly recommend White Eagle Locksmith! read more

If you are looking for a trustworthy locksmith who does high quality work, Sam is your guy. My aunt needed new locks for a store she's opening, and Sam was very patient in answering all our questions. You can tell that he genuinely cares about doing good work for the people who hire him. He also doesn't try to sell you anything more than what you need. He's honest, competent, and reasonably priced.
