They also offer same day pick-up. I was in town running an errand and chose this Walgreens since it was near my errand. When I walked in, I headed to the photo department and quickly and easily picked up my photo. While walking out, I took a quick look around and saw they had Snoop Dog wine. Some of the people who work here are super friendly and helpful. Some are not. At the end of the day, it's a Walgreens. There's a drive-thru, which is nice. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes it doesn't. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of unless you're traveling west on Appleway. Otherwise it's a headache.

You get a call that says your prescription's ready, so you go there, wait in a line 12 customers long, and when you get to the window they say, "we're still working on it." You don't see them handling your pills in that moment, or printing off your labels, so you know that part is false. But you'd think they'd be done in 24hrs. So you go back the next day, 12 customers length wait, to be told they still don't have it ready. I worked with said military medical facilities. They would make families wait in lobbies for hours for a prescription. This!? Lying twice, once automated phone message, and next in person. A big F U to people who NEED prescriptions or they will die without them, or worse, live long enough to see that this place will never go out of business because where else can we go to get our meds? Then, they were helping an older couple that was there before me, and that took them like another 5 minutes. I mean it's just absolutely ridiculous I was in this Walgreens for almost 20 minutes just waiting to buy an over-the-counter medication. And by the time I left the couple that was there before me still hadn't gotten what they needed. I don't know if they were understaffed, or what, but call someone in. I know what the Walgreens in Coeur d'Alene the manager will come back to the pharmacy when they need some additional help. But nobody seemed to care at this location. Would definitely avoid.

My review is based on my experience at the photo counter. When I walked up to the photo counter, the employee greeted me and I told her I was there to pick up a free 8x10 photo (if you're a Walgreens rewards member, every so often they give you an offer code for a free 8x10 photo with no purchase necessary) and also to drop off my FedEx return. She completely understood the 2-part mission and quickly retrieved my photo. Then, she asked me to input my phone number on this hand held scanner type thing, which I did, then she scanned my return and I was all done. I immediately received a text acknowledging my return and it gave me tracking options. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Being this is considered one of the drop offs for FedEx returns, I found it really simple and easy.
