I have to respond to Monica F's review below, as it pertains to a shipped firearm from Wrenco Arms. I would like to clarify a couple things that relate to her strike one, two comments, that seem to mirror how the left wing media presents their stories with only partial truths. Firstly, thanks to your husband for his service as a marine. I regret that this happened to him, especially one who sacrifices for service to his country. Strike one: I will take responsibility for one aspect of this cluster, being the fact that the serial number of the firearm was not logged onto my receipt after I had packaged and sent. That was my rookie mistake which I humbly admit was my fault and which I caught when trying to enter it into the bound book. This fact however was relayed to the owner after finding out the item was missing. I had kept this document on the top of our pile in order to obtain it from the receiving FFL when it arrived. Strike two: Monica states that I ignored them. This perception may be in part that I am a one man operation and I have to juggle between operation of the store, smithing, phone messages, paperwork etc. When the owner contacted me about the missing item I immediately opened the USPS website, and queried the tracking number (yes there was a tracking number). The website stated that there was proof of purchasing the shipping label but that the item was not scanned at the post office. We have several posties that come to the business to pick up packages, and our shop is very small. A package label is not printed until the item is packaged up due to having to measure and weigh it. it is then placed at the end of the counter where the postie picks it up and takes it to his vehicle. Whether they scan it in the store, in their vehicle, or at the their shop is not up to me, but I know that the item left the end of the counter that same morning. On being notified that it had not been received I immediately got a hold of USPS in our city and they initiated an internal investigation. This is government, and most know that the wheels of Federal organizations are slow. I advised the owner that I would be willing to work something out with them due to the lost item even though it was USPS that lost the package. I did however state that we should let USPS finish their internal investigation before we go ahead with anything. As for indirectly taking the blame, that is not true. I have to take care of my customers which is why I stated I would "take care of it". Volunteering to take care of a customer is not an admission of guilt. I just know that USPS would not cough up anything for either myself or a customer. Even purchasing insurance would not have mattered in this instance as USPS says it was not scanned. The local police attended my store on request of the owner, which I actually appreciate. An investigation by an enforcement agency is always good policy when dealing with a missing item such as a gun. We took over this business in April and this is the first issue of this kind we have had regrettably. What happened prior to our taking over is not our reputation. I know I cannot make everyone happy but I do strive to run an integrity based business. I am willing to take a polygraph for any of my actions regarding this transaction which is far more than most others in my position. On one condition: you pay for it. I know I will pass it! Strike three: There was no strike three mentioned by Monica but maybe responding to this Yelp review may be it. Most of the reviews from the poster are negative regarding multiple businesses so I take it with a grain of salt. Other's may not though. I agree that businesses need to held accountable, but posting a review before an investigation is completed and the dust settles sounds a lot like the Liberal media. read more

People who purchase rifles (like a Remington 788) from Walmart don't seem to understand that these are different models from ones that are sold at regular Dealers. Often made very cheaply too. I have heard and seen many Walmart bought Remington rifles with failed bolts. I think even Wrenco has posted pictures of these items (with warnings) on their FB page. Parts, like triggers and bolts, are often not available and the work simply cannot be accepted for modifications and repairs to these box-store firearms. Apparently, some don't like the answer and decide to vent publicly with false and incomplete information... Concealed carry is always welcomed in this store. Over the years, careless people have handed loaded weapons to counter folk and even had one AD in the former location. There was a hole in their carpet and bullet fragments in the ceiling from one careless customer. Concealed carry - keep your gun holstered for Customer's safety please! Some folk just don't get it and like to vent online without knowing or bother to ask about the details. CTS is Post Falls has the same notice on their doors as well. I was told by the Owner, this is for additional charges to be filed if someone was dumb enough to rob them. read more

I am new to both archery and firearms, the staff has always been more than willing to offer assistance, guidance, or answer questions for me. They are professional and positive. They have a great line up of products and have offered to order things they don't have. Additionally, the range (both gun and archery) is clean and well kept. They are still working on additions, but the basics are there and every time I go, there is more set up. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in practice, needs to make a purchase, or needs to take a class. I went to one class already and it was wonderful and extremely helpful, I will attend more classes there in the future. read more

Wrenco Arms is a MODEL GUN SHOP! Staff is courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Most are prior Military and former Law Enforcement and they hunt as well, so they are well versed in Concealed Carry, tactical firearms and hunting rifles. No high pressure sales and always willing to give you all the facts so you can make an informed decision. Prices are good, quality gunsmithing and they have a PHENOMINAL Indoor range! Wrenco has a ton of firearms (new and used!) and shooting accessories in stock and if they do not have it they can get it for you. Customer service is FANTASTIC! I first got to know the guys at Wrenco when they were in town and had great experiences each time. They made appropriate recommendations and were honest about their timelines for a particular purchase. When we heard about the opportunity to purchase a lifetime family membership, we jumped at the opportunity. Brandon has a great reputation in the community and has led his team to be the ONLY place you should go for all your firearms needs. These people are the salt of the earth, best rifle shop I've ever been to. The level of knowledge possessed in house surpasses some of the best military courses I've attended. The quality of work turned out by their shop and the inventory of no-nonsense Military & Police gear make this my only gun dealer PS. These guys are amazing! After owning my pistol for one year, I finally decided to take it out of the box and learn how to use it. Made an appointment with Sam for a 30 minute lesson and it was the best thing I could have done. Sam was a wonderful instructor and I learned so much about the safety and handling of a gun. Went into Wrenco Arms to checkout their selection of AR-15s. I left with a great LWRC with a sig optic for a super price. As for customer service, they were awesome! They sighted in the gun and installed the optic for me with no charge. They also gave me a little tutorial on the gun. I left super excited and confident, couldn't wait to use! Have been doing business with the new owners at Wrenco now for at least 2.5 years. The staff has been very professional and have answered any questions that I had about either a firearm or other related issues.
