My friend April Owens sent me here and I couldn't be happier. The first time in was a bit of a learning experience. The second time in they accepted nearly everything I brought. Basically don't bring anything that has a stainless spot or any scuffing or minor holes. Very understandable very very straightforward and very business minded. I really enjoyed the experience. They're very to the point and they have a well oiled machine. I felt a little bit in the way, but that's only because it was my first time. They easily directed me to where I could put things on hangers because I wasn't aware about them arriving on hangers, but like I said it was my first time and they were very kind and very good with directions what I needed to do and I needed to do it. Very unfriendly staff especially Angie. I've never felt so much anxiety as I have by walking into this place. It's cluttered and dirty. Staff did not wear masks, but that's Idaho for ya. I never plan to ever return to this place ever. Most unwelcoming place I've ever been in. read more
