They easily directed me to where I could put things on hangers because I wasn't aware about them arriving on hangers, but like I said it was my first time and they were very kind and very good with directions what I needed to do and I needed to do it. Again if you are that concerned every customer is actually a thief maybe you're in the wrong business. I observed your employees following customers to the parking lot, taking pictures of their vehicles, so either theft is rampant in your store (which I doubt) or you're paranoid (more likely) and profiling customers which is not right and bad for business. I didn't see your employees following the blue hairs around the store or out to the parking lot which means not everyone gets the same treatment. As for coming in again probably won't happen. My family has lived in North Idaho and western Montana for 8 generations so I'll be sure to spread the word on how you do business.
