Some of the people who work here are super friendly and helpful. Some are not. At the end of the day, it's a Walgreens. There's a drive-thru, which is nice. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes it doesn't. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of unless you're traveling west on Appleway. Otherwise it's a headache.

You get a call that says your prescription's ready, so you go there, wait in a line 12 customers long, and when you get to the window they say, "we're still working on it." You don't see them handling your pills in that moment, or printing off your labels, so you know that part is false. But you'd think they'd be done in 24hrs. So you go back the next day, 12 customers length wait, to be told they still don't have it ready. I worked with said military medical facilities. They would make families wait in lobbies for hours for a prescription. This!? Lying twice, once automated phone message, and next in person. A big F U to people who NEED prescriptions or they will die without them, or worse, live long enough to see that this place will never go out of business because where else can we go to get our meds?
