Now I need a CPAP machine and stopped in to try out different styles. They said to call first so they could make sure they had my prescription and enough styles for me to try. I've tried calling for 3 months. No one ever answers nor returns my calls. I've emailed them several times. No replies ever. They need some competition then, maybe, they would realize the customer deserves some respect and maybe they would not try to rip off the customers they do have.
