Even though it's not my go to spot for food I can admit the burgers here are good and the customer service at this location was great. The inside of this restaurant was really clean including the restrooms. The place is really slow either at the counter or at the drive through. I tried to use both and they are slow. However, the staff are really friendly and when they do take your order they get it right. The inside looked cleaned, but I didn't go and look at the restrooms. This is a location has 2 flat screen TVs I was passing through I drove 352 miles to get White Castle. Now the dilemma should be. Do I go across to LJS? I have not had that in 6 months either??? At 3:00 some one should have noticed that the coke syrup was out and the syrup on the Dr Pepper or Pibb? Was off?! It's an issue of no complaint or its not my job? Your guess is better than mine. This store is new and on St. Valentines day it turns 3! Overall it was a good meal my crave was met, thanks. Food: 4 Great variety of food along with the classics. Ambiance: 3 average not as clean or dirty as most. My table was a little sticky and restroom could use a little straightening up. I stopped in here while on a road trip, with the intentions of getting a quick bite while on the road. I haven't visited a White Castle in about twenty years. Now I remember why it's taken me so long to come back. The line was slow, and I would have been better off going somewhere else. My order was wrong, but didn't realize that until I was back on the road. The food I did get was not good. I ordered mozzarella sticks and three chicken sliders. The cheese from the mozzarella sticks had settled in the bottom of the box, and all the breading was empty. I didn't received three chicken sliders, I received three beef(?) sliders instead. Overall, the line was slow, the service was terrible, order was wrong, and the food was horrible and made me feel sick. I don't care what Harold and Kumar say, I will never go back to White Castle. read more

After watching Harold and Kumar I made it a mission to find a White Castle. There's a few in my family that talk about it and say it's way better than Krystal's. Well, I don't think Krystal's is good and I expect much from most fast chains. This place sucked. We went through the drive thru and ordered two number 1s (basic 4 pack, fries, and drink). All I can say is, "I think you have to be stoned to eat here." The fries were inedible. I managed to get down two of the little burgers because I was so hungry. I can take this off my bucket list. One star! Do not eat here! Now I realize this is a fast food place. I wasn't expecting quality. The sliders were fine. But there were a few major problems. 1. Many workers, few customers, yet my couple sliders took 13 minutes! Yes, I timed it. 2. My order was wrong and i had to go back to correct it after they finally gave me it. 3. Non customers ( either friends or non-shift workers ) came in and "ordered" food with no money being paid, and their meals came at least 5 minutes before my paid meal that I ordered 5 minutes earlier. 4. Workers all had blank stares. Not once did they speak. When my order was finally ready, a girl who looked particularly depressed about her job, walked up and plopped a bag on the counter and walked away, saying nothing. 5. Workers were eating behind the counter. While waiting 13 minutes for my food 2 employees got their own food and started eating behind the counter. 6. The milk carton I got was spoiled! Super nasty! I went to counter, and after waiting a minute while 4 workers stood there blankly staring at the wall, told them it was spoiled. They looked at me with blank faces and said nothing, so I left. The restaurant was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. Also, behind the counter where food was being made looked like a sloppy mess with food crumbs all over. Gordan Ramsay would throw a fit! LoL. But for real, just nasty! I would give most white castles I have been to 3 or 4 stars. But, not this place. This place deserves 0 stars. read more

Poorly trained staff, not neat in appearance, had to ask other people what to do, food served very slowly and VERY POOR in appeal to the eye, now I remember why we quit going to WC to begin with. The dining room was not terrible, but instead of leaning on the counters, they should have been working on cleaning tables and more so on the floor. ok just got back from picking up some food for dinner and we get home to find out that our 5 bacon cheese burgers were not in the sack. Had to call them back so we could drive all the way back out there to get the missing food. I think for the drive we should have been offered free drinks or something. read more
