The moment he noticed I had heard him, he immediately stopped talking and walked away. That was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. While we were dining, a couple of guys came to the door and of course it was locked. My wife got up and let them in. My wife told the employee that if that's the case, they should put a sign on the door stating dining room was closed. The employee said they couldn't put a sign on the door without a Popeye's Logo. The two guys my wife let in, left after hearing the conversation. A few minutes later a second couple tried to enter but the door was locked and no one let them in. However, some people were using the drive thru so they were able to prepare some food. The argument given did not make sense. She didn't wan't to lose Customers, but she wouldn't allow Customers in to dine. And I'm sure in an emergence case, Popeyes Corporate would have preferred a sign be place on the door stating the dining room is closed, food prep may be slow, but please try the drive thru, in lieu of posting nothing and locking the doors. And last but not lease, by wife tried to use the Ladies restroom but it was locked with a sign stating it was Out of Order.
