Not impressed at all. When we entered we were not greeted at all. We stood by the front desk for a couple of minuted passed by and ignorex by a couple of servers. No hostess in sight. When she appeared from the back, she asked if someone was taking care of us and rolled her eyes when I said no. That did not give a good impression of the teamwork in the restaurant. As to food, the steak I ordered came undercooked (bloody instead of pink) and then it was overcooked (not pink at all) after she brought it back. The rest of the party seemed to enjoy their antrees. The waitress was pretty nice, but we had to wait for her for some time to come to our table to take drink order. Overall, 3 stars, ok, but nothing special. read more

We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous our dining experience was tonight at the Seymour Applebee's. Our server, Riley, was an absolute sweetheart..she kept checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. But the food...wow! Our appetizer of loaded waffle fries with beer cheese was delicious. Our entrees were just as good. The fish and chips were stellar! Keep bringing your "A" game Applebees...we'll definitely be back to try other menu items. Side note: the way the staff treated some of the elderly patrons was impressive. I should have looked at this sites overall yelp rating. I love Applebees but this was by far the worst ever. Chaotic "who was here first" door experience, seated at a table that needed to be wiped down, and a waitress that was sweet but could not get it together. Add in an open bucket of table cleaning solution on the half wall behind our chairs and you got a disaster waiting to happen. All of this would have been ignorable if the food was good. It wasn't. I have been to this Applebees several times and for some reason they are not serving beer, I was told because of ownership transfer. The food is great and I enjoy eating at Applebees, but if I can't get a cold beer I have to go elsewhere. The service is great also with the staff they do have there. The restaurant is kept clean and looking nice. I hope they can get the issue of getting a beer resolved. read more

We went here today. Haven't been here in some time. The wonton tacos were great. The appetizer sampler was ok. Our server was the best. His name was Lucas. There was only two servers for the whole restaurant and that includes the bar tender. Lucas was helpful and friendly. He made our visit. I would give Lucas 10 stars. read more

We have gone here 3 times in three years and every time this happens: 2 hours no one got their food. The food they claimed was "dropped on the ground" or "we thought you ordered this(skillet chicken) when ordering wings....? Also they never remade the food that was "dropped". Well we placed our order at 2:35 on a Sunday afternoon with 6 tables filled. It took 25 mins to get a margarita and a draft beer. Every time we go in the service gets worse. This time we had been there 30 minutes and still no drinks. The GM was behind us apologizing to another customer because of the service. We stopped by here on a weekday for lunch. We only ordered drinks and bowls of soup. The waitress checked on us often, we were there for a bit working. They do have free WiFi, I was so thankful for this accessibility. The soup was just ok, my friend had the French onion soup and I ordered the steak and black bean soup. They were both just ok. We arrived at the restaurant and was told the wait was 25 minutes When my wife asked about the 6 open tables she was told by the hostess they were only allowed to have 30 menus open. I asked for medium well, and the waitress promptly pointed out that the steak card says there will be red in the middle of the steak--I was o.k. with that. I must preface this review with the fact that I have NEVER had good food at any APPLEBEES until now. My boyfriend convinced me to give it one more shot...I'm glad i did last Saturday 9/12/15. We both had the new burgers with the hash browns and egg on them...They were AMAZING! Also came with endless fries which were HOT AND FRESH with each batch. Most notably was our server, Andrea. This location gives other Applebee's a bad name. Me and my fiancé recently visited this location for a lunch date. She said let's do 2 for $20.. I ordered the riblet basket and she ordered the 3 cheese chicken penne. Now I'm a rib kinda guy and these were the worst ribs ever! The sauce was tasty but when you have to dig tiny bones out of your mouth with each COLD! bite it ruins everything. When I say cold I mean the arrived at out table below room temperature.
