I've eaten here many times, and probably will do so again to quell my occasional slider jones. But starting today we are going to keep record. Unfortunately this visit was a bad one. Got 15 sliders, mozzarella sticks, 2 crab sliders, and a shrimp nibblers. The sliders were SOOO old! Been sitting on the grill so long the onions were crispy and became that translucent amber color. Some of them even fused to the bun in a way I've never seen before. The crab cake slider was pure dog doo. Imagine a flattened wad of semi-moist, crab-flavored breadcrumbs. I never tried them but I really didn't have high expectations. I also wanted to see if the shrimp nibblers were any good, but I'll have to wait til next visit to find out cuz they weren't in the bag. The only food items of acceptable quality were the mozzarella sticks. This visit most definitely gets 1 lowly star. Step up your game, White Castle. I know you can do better. I stopped in for a double cheese and some food for the kids. I RARELY go fast food but I have some crazy fond memories of this place when I was a teenager. Terrible, greasy food, burgers that look like my three year old put them together. The chicken came out waaaay after the burgers and the service was simply a drag. Do I care? NOOOOOOOOOOOOO WAAAAYYYY!!!! If you want clean tables, good service, and pretty food then don't go someplace where they slap your burger in a box and turn it on end before packing it in a paper bag. It's a White Castle, so keep that in mind. Full of nostalgia from my childhood and visits with my dad, the sliders are just as good as they used to be. I love the onion chips and mozzarella sticks. The staff is friendly enough and they are quick too- not anything out of the ordinary. This location doesn't have a new Coke machine which makes me sad and long for a Dr. Pepper Cherry Vanilla soda, but I'll live. What is annoying, and the reason for only three stars, it the slushie machine never works when I'm there. My dad, dying from pancreatic cancer, wanted that for a treat one day and it wasn't working. White Castle is one of my guilty pleasures in life. It's right up there with obnoxiously yelling out the answers while co-workers watch Jeopardy and lighting of the occasional Midnight pack of Thunderbombs to annoy the neighbors. We usually stop late night to tame a White Castle Craving and this time was no exception. Our favorite Slider is the Double Jalapeño and Hot Pepper Cheese. Which we couple with a Sack of Fries. If you've ever enjoyed a Slider, then you know exactly what to expect, and they never seem to disappoint! What is there to say about this place, after-all they made a movie about it! White Castle is a place I find you either hate it or love it. Prices here are very reasonable and those little burgers will fill you up fast! There is no better late night meal than getting a sack of crinkle fries and a crave case of 30 burgers for under $20 and splitting it with your buddies. Recently they have added many new items to the menu, such as BBQ burgers, pulled pork, jalapeno, chicken, etc... I still think the original cheese is where it's at, so if you are a visitor coming from a place that doesn't have one of these, stick to that. It also should be noted that they have a Church's Chicken attached at this location, although I've never really gotten anything from there. read more

The food itself was pretty good, but the inside was gross -looked like it hadn't been cleaned, swept, or mopped all day, probably longer. I went to this White Castle which is also a Church's Chicken. I noticed that the drive through line had not moved for a while. So, I decided to go in to place an order. I walked up to the counter and preceded to order a 2 piece chicken meal. The guy behind the counter told me that there was no chicken ready at that time. That the person who cooks the chicken had just walked in and there would be a 20 minute wait. There were five people behind the counter and out of the five, no one knew how to cook chicken? I have gone there numerous times, yes I'm a glutton for punishment, but hey I keep hoping they get better... no luck yet... :-( On more than one occasion my order has been wrong when I reach into the bag, or take a sip of my pop! Went through the drive through at 4pm Saturday (not busy). Order screen was not functional and the intercom was garbled and hard to understand. Placed my order and proceeded to window 1 which apparently was not being used although there was no sign. After a minute or so I moved to window 2 where I sat for 5 minutes before anyone appeared to take my payment. Made my payment, associates were pleasant. Received no condiments (none offered either). Pulled over to check my order and it was incomplete (no chicken rings). Had to go into the store to get my food. Ordered a coke and a Diet Coke. Realized when I got home that there were no straws and the buttons on the drink lids were not depressed to indicate which drink was which. Burgers were good. Fries and onion chips were old and cold. No sauce offered for the chicken rings. Whomever owns this franchise needs to go to gemba. Even Harold and Kumar would be disappointed. read more

I don't often get out to White Castle as they are only in areas I only rarely visit. I have visited the Canton White Castle a few times in the past and the Drive Thru was Fast, Efficient, and the Service was Friendly. Today, after an abysmal attempt to get food at the cafe in IKEA, I was starving and was into eating almost anything. Plus my wife was craving White Castles. So the three of us made it across the street to WC. This time since none of us could decide I opted to go in and order. my sis in law came in with me and my wife stayed in the car. We walked in and saw a dozen other customers standing around. No idea who was in line. We asked several people and they all seemed to be waiting for their orders. That should of been my 1st indication that this place was gonna be a joke. After a few minutes deciding what we wanted we still saw most of the customers standing around. None of them were getting their food. I went to the counter and stood for a moment. An older lady walked by the Cashier 2 or 3 times and did not look at me or even acknowledge us. It was disconcerting... we were clearly standing there to place an order. The other workers were all standing in the back doing what I assume was crafting orders. There was another gal with a headset on who appeared to be manning the Drive Thru. I asked, Is there someone working the Cashier or do we just wait for the next 5 minutes while ya'll ignore us? Finally a young girl walked to the register and I asked will you take our order? She looked bewildered and pointed to the Old Lady and said she's taking the Orders. I said to the young girl I really did not want to wait 10yrs to place an order so If she wasn't going to help us then find someone who will. Another person a middle aged woman came to the counter and took our order. Took our money and gave us change and receipt. However it was all utilitarian and done with out one iota of Customer Friendliness. I was really irate now but was chatting with my sis-in-law with about how bad the service was inside. Slowly the OLDer lady was getting orders out to the other customers, but I swear it seemed she was only one actually helping anyone. It took literally 15mins to get our food. And it was not a complex order. I went back to the car and we counted the burgers and went home.
